I was missing a reward item and a topping in my delivery. The driver said he’d let his manager know and showed me how to make the report. I did and promptly received a solution in the form of a for a free pizza to use in the future, though they had other options.
Twenty minutes later, unprompted, my Ring goes off. They delivered my missing item AND remade my pizza! Phenomenal!

They won’t answer the phone they do not have a well option in the app and I sat on the phone for 30 mins waiting for someone to answer but they kept picking up the phone and putting it on hold who ever was working on the night of October 6th needs to be fired because they playing with peoples food I do not like my wings slimy. What is the point of having a phone number if you will not answer. Sorry staff

I am currently residing in Woodland rehabilitation center for bad knees. I had a craving for stuffed cheesy bread and cinnamon twist tonight. The man that took my order over the phone was professional and polite and told me it was about an hour and a half delivery time. Well, my surprise when a lovely and upbeat young girl knocked on my door within an hour of placing my order. My food was hot and delicious and the customer service was perfect. They also remembered the two extra sauces I ordered. Would definitely recommend this Domino’s! Great experience!
