So disappointing. I ordered curbside carry out and no one would even come out of the store to bring me my pizza. I tapped the “I’m here” button I know 28 times and they just kept ignoring it and resetting the notification icon. This was our go to spot, I paid for the pizza and have no pizza to show. I even added a tip to the order. Very disappointing. I am requesting my money back as I didn’t even get the pizzas I ordered. I couldn’t go inside because my kid was asleep which is why I order curbside pickup.

I had a really bad experience at this Domino’s outlet. Before placing my order, I clearly asked how long it would take. The staff informed me it would be ready in 10–15 minutes. I was very hungry and didn’t have much time, so I placed the order based on that information.
However, even after waiting 20 minutes, my order was still not ready. When I went to the counter to check, I was told it would take another 15–20 minutes. This was extremely frustrating.
I cancelled my order and returned back.
I don’t understand why they would accept orders and give incorrect time estimates if they are not sure about the preparation time. It shows poor coordination and lack of respect for customers’ time.
Very disappointed with the service.

I have ordered pan pizza and parmesan stuffed crust pizza with extra cheese and veg toppings, and both were absolutely fantastic. The crust was crispy on the outside and fluffy inside. The cheese was gooey in the middle and enhanced the flavor. Highly recommended!!!!

I asked for my order be delivered to my door and left there. I was very sick and could not talk on the phone. I did not want to infect my delivery driver so I asked for my delivery to be left at the door. I then texted my delivery driver saying I am very sick and to just leave at door. I also told him I could not answer the phone because it hurt to talk. If I wanted my order to be handed to me I would have selected that option. Then he said the order was delivered when it was not

It is absolutely unacceptable that nobody answers the phone at the store. I just had my contactless order delivered, and Isaiah should be jobless right now. It says very clearly on my receipt “leave at door and notify“. I ordered contactless for a reason. Instead of doing what the receipt said, Isaiah rang the doorbell, and my daughter didn’t go get it immediately because she assumed that he would follow instructions and just leave the order and when she went to the door, she opened it and saw him standing there. She very politely asked him to leave the order on the ground. Apparently, Isaiah has some kind of problem and didn’t like being nicely asked to leave it on the ground, so he dumped the order everywhere instead. Picture below. There’s a box that’s upside down, the stuffed crust pizza cheese was stuck to the top of the box, unacceptable. I called numerous times and held several minutes each time with no one answering the phone. I expect to be contacted and I want a refund on my tip. Isaiah is not getting a tip for dumping our order all over the ground like a loser. I also want a refund for the four sauce cups that I paid for that were not included. This is the very last time I will do business with this Domino’s. I’ve had an issue in the past and thought it was a one off, and clearly it isn’t.

Complaint Regarding Recent Experience at
Dear Domino’s Customer Service,
I’m writing to share my recent and very disappointing experience with one of your store locations.
I placed an online order for my kids and drove 25 minutes to the store to pick it up, as I often do. This location has been our go-to because they usually prepare the pizza well, and my family enjoys it. I received a notification that my pizza was ready, but when I arrived, I had to wait nearly an hour in total.
Eventually, I was told the pizza had been given to someone else by mistake. I was then asked to wait another 10 minutes for a remake—without so much as an apology. I explained that I couldn’t wait any longer, as my kids had to eat and get ready for school the next day.
I asked for a refund and a receipt, but the staff told me they had already cancelled the order in their system and couldn’t provide a receipt. I found this very confusing because I had already been charged. When I questioned them, one of the employees became disrespectful and even called me “crazy” during our conversation. Shockingly, they called the police on me instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally.
This experience was extremely upsetting and unacceptable. I was simply trying to get a meal for my children, and I expected to be treated with respect. I am requesting:
1. A full refund for my order.
2. A receipt or confirmation of the refund.
3. An apology for the poor treatment I received.
I hope Domino’s takes this matter seriously and ensures that no other customer has to go through something like this.

Isaiah needs to be fired immediately. I broke my arm so I ordered pizza and opted for it to be left at my front door. He rang the doorbell, and because the instructions I added were to leave it at the door, I didn’t come immediately, thinking he knew how to read and would just leave it outside like he was instructed to. I shouldn’t have assumed that he could do any of that. I went to the door and saw someone standing there, and because I can’t grab it directly from someone with my arm, I kindly said “Oh, can you just leave it at the door? Thank you!” He said nothing, and dumped it on the ground. As you can see in the picture, things were upside down. As you can also see, my receipt says “leave at door.” I’ve already admitted to making the mistake of assuming that he can read, so that’s on me, but to throw someone’s food on the ground because YOU didn’t listen to delivery instructions that they specifically put because I can’t grab it directly from you due to my arm is absolutely insane and he should be fired for this. You really have workers who toss someone’s food on the ground? What a trashy establishment, and an even trashier worker. We’ve also called 3 times now, waiting on hold, just for no one to answer. I am demanding that I get the tip that I gave IT back. You won’t be getting another dime from me.

By far thee worst location in the state. Drivers never actually deliver the food. The app that’s suppose to accurately track when your food leaves the facility must either not be accurate or the drivers are that incompetent that it takes them 40mins plus to get across the street! If you ever get your food. Then they never answer the phone you’ll be on hold for over 20 mins without speaking with an actual human being. I’ve experienced this multiple

Worst taste I’ve ever had from any Domino’s location. The food quality was extremely disappointing — the pizza tasted bland, the toppings didn’t seem fresh, and everything felt poorly prepared. It honestly didn’t taste like what you expect from a brand like this. On top of that, the overall experience was frustrating, and the quality did not match the price at all. Very dissatisfied with both the food and the service from this location. I would never recommend anyone to go to this location.

Dear Domino’s Management,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the service at your 9630 University City blvd suite F branch. On Tuesday 3:05 pm . I called to place an order, and the phone rang for approximately 18 minutes without anyone answering. This is not the first time this has happened — it’s actually the third time I’ve experienced the same issue when trying to order by phone.
Out of frustration, I drove to the store, only to find the phone still ringing unanswered. When I arrived, an employee named Leila came to the counter to take my order. I mentioned that I had been calling for 18 minutes with no response, and her only reply was “ok.” When I asked if “ok” was her response to my complaint, she ignored the question and said, “we’re busy.”
While I understand the store can get busy, this repeated issue and the dismissive attitude from staff are unacceptable. If phone orders are no longer being taken, please communicate that clearly to customers so we can use another ordering method instead of wasting time calling.
As a regular Domino’s customer, I expect better communication and more professional customer service.
