Hands-down, the worst pizza delivery experience I have ever had in my life. It prepared my order on the app for over an hour. I sat on hold to talk to the store for 10 minutes when they finally decided to put my pizza in the oven hung up tried to call back. Waited on hold another 10 minutes. They never answered the phone and then it went out for delivery. Still can’t get anyone out. The store couldn’t get anyone at corporate sent a giant email on the issue. You can’t sit there and let it prepare for over an hour. Stick it in the oven deliver it and never answer your phone. I have never seen Customer Service like this. You couldn’t even get my order right I spent over $52 on pizza and you couldn’t even get it right you gave us regular hand tossed crust when we ordered thin and crispy. People ordered thin and crispy for a reason so not only do you have zero Customer Service you do not answer your phone you take a ridiculous amount of time to fill orders then you don’t even get the freaking order right never again Domino’s you are trash as a business!

They delivered a pizza and salad to my office. They arrived pretty quickly and the pizza was fantastic! The problem is the salad was all brown and wilted and gross! I cant believe someone packaged that up and brought it to me – a paying customer! What?!?!

I placed an order and received tracking updates. I waited outside because it said the driver had arrived. A moment later it says the order was delivered even though I never got my food. I called to ask what happened, someone picked up and listened to my concerns. They didn’t put me on hold because I could hear them talk to other employees about the situation and eventually they hung up on me after realizing I was still on the phone. I tried calling back 5 times after and they kept hanging up on me.
Why have a phone if you’re screening calls, hanging up on customers, or hanging up on them?
I hope they enjoy the $25 that I won’t be getting back, seems like they need it.

Member greeted me when I walked in, exquisite service. With premium quality pizza. They also suggested adding dipping cups to make my meal extra savory. Highly recommend!

The lettuce on my salad was brown. The pizza wasn’t cut all the way to the center so it was falling apart. Really skimpy on the toppings too much sauce

The reason I rated it so low is because every time I have ordered from this place it takes a hour and a half 2 hours for my pizza to be delivered. If you call this place they don’t answer stayed on hold for over 30 mins each time.The manager who had a attitude tells me Oh keep in mind it’s football season. Duh That’s your reason for both times a hour and a half 2 hours…. please. The first time it was late football hadn’t even began.
Both times I had to drive to the Dominos store to get my refund because no one answers the phone. This Dominos is horrible.

I placed my order online at 6:50 PM. It is now 7:15 PM and it still hadn’t even been started. I went inside to pay, and when one employee asked about my order, another said, “We’re making it now, give us 10 minutes”, even though it had already been over 20 minutes. What is the point of ordering online if the order isn’t started until the customer arrives? I come here often, but this experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

The few times I’ve ordered from this store the pizza takes over an hour to get delivered. And I live 5 minutes away. I call to ask about the ETA and tell them it’s been an hour and they say it was just put in the oven and don’t care about how long it takes.

They didn’t start making my pizza until an HOUR after I ordered it for starters. Took them an hour to deliver it once completed (non peak time). Then when delivered the box and pizza were smashed, with a sauce (I paid for and was unable to consume) exploded on top of it. Then when eating it, was one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. No cheese, smothered in sauce and damaged from delivery. Also my partner does not eat meat – specified for one side with meat but put it on the whole pizza so had to pick it off – not vegan/vegetarian friendly. Mind you, this store was .9 miles away from our house. Will never be ordering from there again and do not recommend at all. Have had minor issues in past (delivery & pick-up) but this was final straw. Frozen store bought pizza is better (& cheaper despite coupons) than this abysmal service.

I would not recommend ordering at this location due to many issues in the past. A good example of this is most recently I waited two hours before I called. The associate was pleasant however when he said yours is the next to go out I followed up with asking well is it okay since it’s been sitting a while. He placed me on hold and then said yeah it’s pretty cold but ugh… then just didn’t say anything to follow up. So he was able to cancel. My thoughts are what would they have done if I didn’t call? Give me a cold pizza? It’s a pretty short drive, I tipped well and ordered at a time of the day and week that it couldn’t have possibly been a factor. The staff are nice and I’m extremely reasonable understanding things happen but how could a detail as large as delivering a hot and recently made pizza even if it took 2+ hours.
Could we get a response around food safety? It’s would be good for the consumer to understand what they are getting into dealing with this place?
