I ordered my pizza originally for delivery but was unable to due so because of the error messages online. I then placed it for pick up and upon entering I wasn’t greeted and even caught the eye rolls from the only female on duty. I then waited for a few minutes before she came to address me and asked “what do you need”. I stated about my order pick up and she when she brought it out I paid then looked at the order. I said aloud that this doesn’t look correct and that it was missing items. It also looks dry and I feel my money was wasted. She never came back to address me. I took my order and walked out. If you would like photos, I would be happy to provide them. I’ve called the store several times and received no answer. Called the 800 number to report the issue which is an automated service by the way, and I wasn’t surprised when I received the generic automated response. Needless to say I don’t think I will be getting my money back or any form of compensation for the wrong order and rude service. Lesson learned!

I just want to give a HUGE thank you to my delivery driver tonight, Jordan. I accidentally entered the wrong address (I’m new to the area and still learning the city ), and instead of being frustrated, he was incredibly kind, understanding, and brought my order to the correct location right away.
He handled the situation with so much patience and professionalism, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I still got my food quickly. That level of customer service really stood out and turned what could have been a stressful mistake into a really positive experience.

If I could have gotten in touch with somebody to get my money back ASAP, I would but the manager who answered the phone put me on hold for over 30 minutes. I kept calling on the hotel phone my personal phone. No one will pick up. my pizza said it was delivered. I’m at the hotel. I’m starving and it said delivered. I told her I don’t want no cold pizza she said well the driver still has it if that’s the case then why you didn’t answer the phone why you kept me on hold like that. Now 1hr 45 minutes later I get cold pizza If I could get them a zero, I would I really want corporate number. My ticket number is 406 and somebody press delivered. at 5:09pm. But it wasn’t. I’m from out of town and this is a hot mess. She was Very unprofessional when she saw it said deliver her own self and then I didn’t even have the audacity to make me hot pizza and I tipped I don’t like that Terrible y’all must do better. I got the email that says delivered so don’t play with me at 5:09 and here. I just got it at 6:05 PM cold

I wish I could give it a 0. I place an order while I was at work. I received a very very very over cooked pizza. I call them back so my food could be replaced. A man answered the phone and put me on hold, after being on hold for over an hour I finally just hung up, I even tried to call on my work phone while I was on hold and no one answered. They were open until 3am and my food was delivered a little after midnight. So I was left hungry and out of funds. This is totally unexceptable and I will never order from them again and you shouldn’t either.

I ordered twice from this Dominos Store. And, ordered “Handmade Pan Pizza with Extra Cheese and veggies”.
First time the delivery was fast. Pizza taste amazing. Was able to easily track it on the app.
Second time for the same pizza, deliver was slow and received in around 1 hr. Live track was missing. Pizza became cold.
Although because of this delay, Dominos gave me 60 points to compensate without even complaining, but Dominos needs to improve the service.

First order a week ago items were missing 2 liter soda and Buffalo sauce was missing to new Buffalo mac and cheese driver went back and brought the soda but not the missing sauce for the new signature dish. Today ordered a med pizza and bread bites. Pizza is burnt and bread bites are like little flat discs. Tried calling store held for 21 min before I got a answer from Stephanie a driver. She relayed the message to the Manager whom said I would have to come pick it up, unfortunately I’m not driving and in a shelter and can’t leave. I can’t feed my children tonight I was told place another order he is swamped and he has other orders to make and wont send a driver back with new order because food has to be counted for, he did the quality check himself and it was ok. I would have sent this back with the driver Pics prove otherwise food quality. Sucks the app wants to give me points but that doesn’t help feed my children tonight. As of now been on hold literally 48 min and counting while posting this review. Such a shame but Dominoes cares…lol worked all day on my birthday just wanted to feed my children no way to cook I depended on dominoes. Guess we don’t eat tonight……..never again but please believe I will return this food I don’t care if it’s 3 weeks from now… the nerve!!!

I placed an order at 12:30pm for 2 medium 2 topping pizzas and a 2-liter and was given an estimate of 30 to 50 minutes. The order did not arrive until 2:45pm and not only that, the my 2-liter was missing as well. All this for a store LESS THAN A MILE AWAY. Needless to say, I am highly irritated. Only reason I didn’t give less of a star is because at least the pizzas were correct and not cold.

The last order i placed didnt arrive, tried calling twice and got no answer. Doordash refused a refund, out $15. When they do get around to delivering, the drivers are rude, demand a tip, and usually show up unannounced or call when theyre 2mins away. Miserable experience every time.

didn’t receive delivery order. wouldn’t pick up their phone. showed up unannounced 30min after it was marked delivered. atleast the delivering guy seemed nice. can’t imagine how bad this place is being run.
