Thank you for celebrating customer appreciation day with us. The workers were busy little bees buzzing around everywhere working hard to keep up with the demand of selling medium pizzas at a 3.99 price tag. Overheard one of the employees say they had made 150 pizzas in an hour. That’s a lot of pizza but they got it done and ai appreciate all of them for being there for our pizza needs

I placed my order at 3:15 before I left, arrived at 3:30, and waited until 4:04 for them to even start cooking my food. I didn’t end up leaving until around 4:30. I wasn’t the only one waiting—another customer who ordered around the same time was also stuck waiting, and only two other people came by to pick up food while I was there. I don’t plan on ordering from here again. The customer service was okay—they weren’t rude—but I feel like there’s a lot of room for improvement in how they handle orders and timing.

We have ordered from MP Dominoes many times and have had no problems. Tonight, however, I placed an order for two pizzas. Only one came and it was missing roasted red peppers. I called and the person who answered stated he made the pizza that was delivered and the roasted red peppers were just chopped really fine. He then said it didn’t matter they would send out the two for free. When the second order came the one pizza npw had roasted red peppers but NO pineapple (Honolulu Hawaiian). At that time I figured why call back, it didn’t seem they were too concerned about doing a good job the first time or even the second.

I ordered a $9.99 large special with 7 toppings. When I got home and opened box, 1/2 of pizza had only 3 toppings while the other half had all them. My order showed that I ordered a whole pizza with 7 toppings.
Needless to say, I’m disappointed.

I had called and placed an order for parmesan bites and a pizza. Keri took my order and was very Nice and on point for taking my order. As soon as I walked in to come pick it up they greeted me with a smile. Since we now moved this is closer for us. We have not ever felt this way coming in the Domino’s before. Once again thank you for the Mount pleasant Domino’s and you will see you soon.
