Gave these guys another shot, never reached out to corporate as they requested from my previous experience because I don’t need a “sorry” or a credit. Ordered from them tonight, quoted 30 minutes delivery time. Arrived in one hour.. Once again, opportunity presented itself and ball dropped.

I called into the Stevens Mill location Domino’s pizza. I spoke with your AI bot the bot was doing good until it got my name incorrect. I went to correct the name after providing my credit card information and then it sent me to somebody that I could not understand what language they were speaking whatsoever, so after trying I eventually hung the phone up. I then called back into the Stevens Mill Dominos that I wanted to speak with in the first place. A gentleman answered the phone he said it wasn’t a problem he took my order at 1:56 and took my credit card information. He said the food would be to me in 30 minutes which is about standard for that location to my house. After waiting 1 hour I call in and speak to Heather the manager at 2:56 and she said oh we have it down as a carryout. I told her I absolutely did not order carry out I said that I wouldn’t have given a credit card number of the phone if it was for carryout, I would have paid when I went there to pick up the pizza – that just makes sense. Then I told her never mind I don’t want to eat the cold pizzas or wait for them to remake them and then I would call Marcos they would have it to me sooner. She made sure to yell at me to “make sure” that when I call or contact corporate back for a refund that I tell him that I said it was for carryout. Again that makes zero sense why would I give my credit card number over the phone. Oh I would like to add that first before any of that she claimed that I never spoke to somebody in her store, which I absolutely did speak to a person in the store I heard the employees and the sounds of the restaurant, if you will, going on behind them. it’s not the same as a call center.
Guess what? I called Marcos I placed my order and they had the pizza to me in 20 minutes. And let’s not forget, just an all out better pizza. Should’ve called them in the first place.
First they put Onions isntead of Black olives.
And then we had specifically asked for not to cut our pizza but it was cut.
