I ordered a “well done” cheese pizza with extra cheese and sauce. When I got the pizza it was almost undercooked. Cheese still white as can be no browning. I sent it back then the driver came back with an almost identical looking pizza. I just wanted to eat and I didn’t have the heart to send it back a second time. This is my first negative review I’ve posted ever. And it’s because this is the 3rd time I have ordered a pizza well done only to have it come looking not the least bit crispy. Also I tried to call the location but no one picked up the phone for a half hour. Better attention needs to be paid to the special instructions customers are asking for. If I go back at all it will be for in store order as I don’t trust them to get it right for delivery. So I did some digging and it appears the people who work making the pizzas only make about 10 dollars an hour starting. You guys need to seriously think about how you can manage your budget to pay your people more. People getting payed that low will rarely ever give good service. Anything under 16 an hour in this economy your employees will feel taken advantage of and they will not provide good service they will only do the bare minimum.

It had been awhile since I’ve tried Dominoes, but was in mood for pizza and it was getting late. Tried the app and was drawn to the promoted Spicy Chicken Bacon Ranch. Pizza was promptly made and hot, but I was taken aback with the first bite. All I could taste was the hot sauce. I was eating in a dark room so turned on lights to see the pizza was drenched in hot sauce. I’m a huge fan of hot sauce, but this was just crazy. I feel it could’ve been a decent pizza, but it was inedible and went straight to the trash.

Dominoes is usually great with timing and communication, but to be told 15-20 minutes for a single pepperoni pizza…drive 15 minutes to pick it up, then go inside, and be told 15 more minutes is crazy. Like if it was going to be 30 minutes, just say that from the beginning so I could’ve stayed home vs waiting in parking lot.
Edit: Waited 15 more minutes and Tracker says it was ready. Then they say 10 more minutes when I go back inside…

Ordered for delivery, took over an hour, and every pan pizza we ordered wasn’t cooked all the way through. Only saving grace was the side and thin crust pizzas were fine.

Terrible! Showed delivered nowhere to be found. Called guy was not friendly. Said well house was dark no one home so she left it. Ummm my house always has lights on and nowhere to be found. Come to find out accross the street two houses away. Do better! The pizza was cold and no flavor on the crust.

They got an order wrong, not a big deal at all, annoying, but easy fix…… except when we called we were on hold for 20 mins. That’s when it becomes a big deal. Husband ended up driving there. He could hear the phone ringing loud meaning everyone working could hear it and no one bothered to answer it. For 20 minutes. This really wouldn’t have been a big deal until our time AND money was wasted.
Update: when husband arrived, the workers were chatting and he asked if they were gonna answer the phone and they responded telling him they can wait..it was him on the phone waiting 25 minutes. He mentioned the wrong order and wanting the correct one. They offered no apology for not answer their phones and for the wrong order. Says one of them seemed high. Go figure.
If that’s the case I wouldn’t trust them with food safety to be honest.

I wrote a review last year and gave 2 stars unfortunately I can not change it. Just went in and picked up 2 pizzas. And the young lady that was putting all the toppings on the pizzas was not wearing gloves. And then I watched her leave her station she started handling boxes then was touching her hair then went right back to putting on toppings with her bare hands.

I understand that you have to make pizzas and do it fast. Keep in mind that when a customer pays $17 for a pizza, you have to make it right. Its embarrassing to put the pizza in front of guests. It looks to people that we went cheap on the pizza. No one really touched it. Something has to change.

I ordered a pizza tonight to be delivered to my son for dinner due to me being away. The wrong pizza was delivered. He actually received someone else’s. I called the store for 2 hours just wanting the correct pizza to be delivered & I was not able to speak to a single person. This is terrible customer service. I basically wasted my money & my son did not eat the pizza that was delivered. That’s the part that angered me, him not being able to eat. It could have simply been corrected if only there was a way to speak to someone at the store to make it right. What’s the point of having a store phone if you cannot speak to a single person? How can you speak with customers who have issues with their order if no one answers the phone? Trying for 2 hours just to hear hold music & a recording saying a team member will be w/ you shortly & then after a while the phone just hangs up is unacceptable & unbelievable. Not being able to speak with someone about your order is the absolute worse customer service & paying over $5 for a delivery fee to be delivered the wrong order is terrible. Not everyone is in a position to drive to the store just to get their food order fixed that they paid for to be delivered.
