This is a carry out pizza place. It is not for dining in. That being said the staff that work there go above and beyond to assist you. They are friendly helpful and accommodating. Thank you Ian for checking with me to make sure everything was OK with my order. Big thanks to Terri for accommodating me (my error) when one of the pizzas was not correct. I will always order our family pizzas from this Locust location because of the staff. ❤️

I work for Domino’s and went to this location last night to get food for my kid and I as we needed to go to Locust to drop off some keys to my friends store since she’s a manager. As an employee I get a discount. I mention said discount for the manager Faith to go off on me in front of everyone about how she doesn’t know if I work there and how people abuse this system (you would really only know about this discount if you work there) and proceeds to call me a liar in front of everyone including my child. I asked an employee if they’re under the same OM and asked for her name to which she jumps around and starts smacking her hands together saying “MY NAME IS FAITH. AND I GAVE YOU MY DISCOUNT ON GOOD FAITH!”. To which I responded you gave me an employee discount because I AM an employee. Faith stated they’re not allowed to give employee discounts and that just isn’t true. Told me I wasn’t in uniform so I don’t work there. It was so bad.This lady told me to leave and everything else.This lady stood up front yelling at me with her finger in my face up until right before I got my food, in front of all her customers and employees and it was embarrassing. It was so bad I called my manager at my location to confirm that I do in fact work there. Faith then proceeded to go into the back and talk about me to a driver that wasn’t even there to witness what has happened. After I confirmed that I DO in fact work there. I did not even get an apology. The food was not good and I will never return to this location which is sad since I literally work for Domino’s myself. This was the worst interaction over $11 I’ve ever experienced.

I tried to call and was answered 2 times by different people just to be put back on hold. I finally just hung up and ordered my pizza online. Then I get in here and all of the people are just standing around and they say it’s gonna be 10 more minutes when online it said my pickup time. Just not very happy and very hungry

I ordered a cheese pizza for my son and when I walked in to pick it up the 3 employees working did NOT GREET me whatsoever. I stood there for what seemed to be a good 3-5 mins and none of them ACKNOWLEDGED me and one guy was standing right behind the register at the first work area facing me!! One was in the back working on pizzas and the girl was on the phone which I thought maybe she was taking an order until I heard ALL HER PERSONAL BUSINESS…..I could tell real quickly it was not a work conversation! I have NEVER walked into a place that was so RUDE and didn’t ACKNOWLEDGE CUSTOMERS!! WHOEVER the 3 of them are that worked Sept 4th at 5:45pm NEEDS TO BE FIRED there are TOO many people out here that NEED jobs and more than likely knows how to atleast say “HEY HOW ARE YOU?” When a customer walks in the door!!!

Get your cold burnt pizza here! Carside pickup is a joke to them. Get there early and then 10 minutes after it’s done you’ll have to go inside and get it yourself. 5th time in a row of it being room temperature and getting there early. You’ll have to microwave it yourself when you get home. Even if you live next to them!
And their oven cooks unevenly. One side is will be burnt and the other side is not cooking at the right temperature. So one pizza comes out burnt and the other is doughy.

I ordered online, the tracker said 20min. I showed up when it said 0-4min. The employee told me another hour, it appeared he done something to the tracker, as it never registered the order was started again. I showed up again in an hour, the same employee said a few more minutes and shrugged his shoulder. I waited in my car 15 more minutes. Upon returning the manager Alexis found my pizza in a zipper bag. He said it had been there 45 minutes. I got a refund but domino’s Has moved to the bottom of my go to places for pizza. This fiasco was minutes short of 2 hours. I can’t really say I was happy with the remedy.

Not a good experience. The worst experience I’ve had with Domino’s. I’m surprised at the lack of pride in the product and service to the customer. At least the pizza tastes better than it looked.

Pizza over priced for the quality. I had to finish cooking pizza when I got it home because the dough was not done. Delivery was wonderful, he was polite and professional. Manager offered nothing but an I’m sorry when I called to complain. Never again!

I used to order here all the time and the food was great, but up here recently the food hasn’t been all that amazing and they recently messed up my order and then refused to re make it. I mean the woman just hung the phone up on me. What a shame.
