Listen now, I have always loved this Dominos, they are our go to when we don’t feel like eating at home, everyone there is nice and is always kind and helpful, but tonight these guys out did themselves!!! We ordered two Medium pizzas. They are having a deal for like 9.99 with any toppings on them. (2 pizzas for 21 bucks) They are both SO DANG GOOD! I ate two slices of mine before we even got home. (You guys are awesome!) We definitely recommend this location. It’s also ALWAYS very clean and they have a 99.9 Health Grade. That speaks for its self.

Our food was absolutely horrible, the 2 pizza’s were burnt around the edges and they didn’t have pizza sauce on them, and the order of marinara cheese dip sauce only had little over an ounce of sauce in the container which looked like it had been spread across the bottom then baked. When I called about the order a manager told me that their General Manager Louanne had taken over and finished our order and that the person that had started it had put so much sauce on the pizza’s that Louanne had to wipe it off the edges so it did have sauce so with her having made our order they would only make the marinara cheese dip sauce good. My adult kids or I order weekly from this Domino’s location and have never had our food be bad till now Our family company which is US wide orders up to 44 pizza’s monthly for each office around the US which is a lot of business and never had any problems with the food. To have been treated badly and disregarded with an order for our family we have decided that we will cut all future orders from our company offices across the US with Domino’s Pizza.

Very fast service. If I order for ASAP, that’s exactly what I get. I get my pizza and those cinnamon bites, I live 5 minutes away, by the time I get ready and to the car and up to Dominos, the order is always fresh and ready. I love the drive thru, it’s only for pre-placed orders, which means no matter the line, you’re in and out in no time at all. The food is always fresh and hot, never been a dominos person, but this restaurant has changed that.

Having issues ordering online for pick up the website only offering delivery for Lincolnton, Madison a MANAGER stated other pick up orders are coming through, I asked her to try the website herself and she said “ I ain’t trying nothing!” Poor management! Poor customer service! * Side note- Wanted to order online since I have reward points to redeem and my daughter just wanted pasta so I didn’t want to pay for delivery fee and tip on one free item*

Love this dominoes. They consistently turn out great pizza. The app also makes getting pizza from any dominoes a pleasure. This location has a drive-thru as well as WiFi for those who dine-in. One time they messed up a carry out order (I should have checked at the store but didn’t notice till I got home). One quick phone call and they quickly and happily made it right by putting a credit on my account for my next visit. The staff is always friendly and the new location/building looks nice. I’m especially impressed with how clean they keep the dining area. Plenty of room inside to eat and they have some tables outside as well. I go out of my way to choose this dominoes over others. The cheesy bread (with spinach/feta) is the best I’ve had. Keep up the great work!

The cookie/brownie is good that’s the reason it has 2 start for food. My pizza was supposed to be a deluxe and was sadly missing over 1/2 of what I felt should be on a deluxe pizza. It was very salty and I didn’t even get through 1 piece.

Ordered pizza brownie and coke for pick up at window. They did not give the coke to the driver. Called the store for they offered to deliver the coke and then said they couldn’t they didn’t have a order in my area. Only 10 minutes away they instead wanted me to come get the coke! Service should check the ticket to make sure the pick importers are complete! Now you wait for a $4.00 coke when you have an opportunity to get it as you have paid for it already!! Poor service and management!
