Usually have a a decent experience every time with this store but this day I ordered early for lunch because I had a busy day, it was the worse experience! All the food was super cold. The boxes didn’t have a touch of warmth at all like they were sitting on a shelf without warmers. The food was all undercooked and I had to take it home and cook it longer which defeated the purpose in helping on my busy day! The wings had water all in the box and prevented the sauce from being able to even stick to them. The pizzas were already so greasy and the boxes were covered in grease even the thin crust. The in crust had no oregano which is what we look for when eating the cracker like crust. The bites were super white and cold and disgusting! The baking papers are normally brownish from the oven and all of mine were white like they were put into an oven that wasn’t warm enough! The sad fact is that a simple push back into the oven would have fixed everything. My kids were hungry and had to wait even longer so I could cook my takeout longer. I had 2 orders as well they both were just undercooked and horrible. I always spend $50-$100 each time I order and never complain but this was unacceptable and had we not cooked it more it would of probably made us sick. What causes lots of water in a box of wings? I was also upset because after wings are sauced and when you have to recook them you then don’t have sauce to put on them and so they’re dry. I’m so confused. Will definitely be taking my money elsewhere!

Some product taste improvements but Dominoes didn’t disappoint again…. they are consistently inconsistent…
Check out the sizes of the slices! At least you purchase the whole pie!

Quality control still is an issue at this franchise. I guess I go back because I’m in a rush and at least the people eating it are enjoying the flavor.

The staff there is absolutely wonderful. I accidently put the wrong address down and they called me and fixed the issue and still delivered my food when it was still nice and hot. The delivery drivers are so wonderful and so nice. And everytime I order a pizza they always make it so beautiful looking. They are the only domino’s ive ordered from where my food got delivered looking so perfect every time. Thank you for always going above and beyond for yalls customers.

Came to pick up my order and Shiann informed me we don’t accept $50 BILLS however; her QUICK RESPONSE WAS, “we don’t accept $50 bills BUT her NONCHALANT self said OK I cancel YOuR order BYE! Very disturbing! Did not even ASK DO you have some other type of payment! Which I DID & PAID ….DUE to the TRAINED IGNORANCE NOT A FAN OF this LOCATION! Do better with the FOH PLEASE! I honestly was flabbergasted with the response of, “ OK I WILL JIST CANCEL YOUR ORDER! Keep in mind again had no problem with finding another form of payment! SMH … DISAPPOINTED 🙁 hope ya change the FOH 🙁

This store has the worst customer service in history I will never order anything else from this store. I ordered an extravaganza and I got a plain cheese pizza and they will not fix it because I ordered it online. That is straight up BS

Very poor customer service! Has happened several times from the same employee. If it’s wrong, please remake or refund. I’ve been nice and understanding but enough is enough. She will not give her name and never wears a hair net on her long waist length ponytail. Young lady with ginger hair is half way decent. I’m a regular but will certainly drive to Bessemer City for a better experience. Tighten up

We always get good pizza here and often get excellent, friendly service for carry out. The place is clean and neat, and they approach us quickly when we enter. This pizza place makes me the most comfortable of any in Kings Mountain.
