Most times I have no problems. They forgot to deliver my beverages and told me I would get a $10 credit for next order, but that didn’t happen. Usually food is good and drivers are nice. They only got half a tip tonight to make up for my $2 drink I never got. I travel so I use them a lot when Im around here

Horrible!!! Sam says he is the general manager. Absolutely rude. Their delivery driver said my gift card didn’t go through and I needed to pay cash. I paid the full amount for my delivery order plus tip. Two days later I tried to place an order with the same gift cards and what do you know, ZERO balance. The driver LIED and he took my money! They are franchised own and don’t care about their customers. Sam the guy who I reported this incident too, blamed me and did nothing. NEVER AGAIN will I buy anything from domino’s.

U want ur review? Here’s ur review. On 3/30 @9:53+- went to order. Payment was taken and was told come back in 30min. I went back to pick up my order and the guy said “the thing did not come through” the money was taken but I didn’t get my pizza because the guy said he was making other pizzas. I did not get a refund and did not get my pizza. I feel like I was robbed out of money and time I wasted waiting for a pizza I never received. Awful service! Terrible experience! It seems like taking peoples money and not delivering is the common at this domino’s. See other people reviews

It’s Domino’s. The biggest thing here is the employees and they are great. The only reason it is not 5 stars is the inconsistencies in the amount of toppings on the pizzas. Usually it is perfect but periodically they skimp.

I’ve had the same thing happen twice now. Place an online order for pickup and when I arrived, at the time they tell me it should be ready, they haven’t even started on it yet. This time it was a 30 minute wait in the parking lot but last time it was over an hour. No explanation, no apology, just ” what’s the name” and “here”. I don’t know who owns that location but I would want to know this was going on if it was mine.

Really don’t want to give them a one!!!!!!! I ordered three pizza’s and wanted to pay cash when they delivered!they would not accept it because it was 85 cents over !!!!!! After 1 hour and 45 minutes and no online updates showing. Called and the pizza was just going in the oven. Over 2 hours waiting for pizza delivery? No concern apologies for taking so long from the employee. I understand why they have 3.6 rating now.

Unacceptable ordered 2 pizzas mediums and 2 order of wings not only did they take long but when my order got here It was 2 big boxes with one normal size pizza and in the other box it was a small pizza in a large box with like 4 slices and we weren’t offered a refund or another pizza or store credit we ordered another pizza I don’t know why it wasn’t up to me but we were told in a disrespectful tone that we would have to pay for the order as if we didn’t expect to pay for I’m disappointed at holly(person taking the order) and dominos. hard day at work and just wanted to order pizza and watch Monday night football never again ordering from here and I hope I can help someone decision before ordering
