Got delivery yesterday, Normally order Online and pick-up, to cold last night to go out so got delivery!!!For the First time!!!! Wow it took a short 19 mins from ordering my food to be at my front door!!!!! And it’s a 5 minute drive to my house from that store!!! Food was excellent, no hassles and what really impressed me was how they kept me updated on my orders progress, and out for delivery and a short notice when the driver was pulling up!!! Cancelled order 5 minutes before estimated pickup time, for a birthday party without notice 9 count pizza order then when they did fulfill the order I was cheated out of rewards points only receiving 10 from the company customer support line. You need 20 for a free side of sauce. A $70 order should receive more than 10 points. Taking my business for pizza parties elsewhere.

This is handicap parking for the Dallas Domino’s. Why does the Domino’s driver, this one in particular, keep parking in the handicap Zone? It is in front of the Domino’s location, but the driver doesn’t put up any handicap placard. If you like, I’ve got pictures of the same driver using the handicap location without a placard for many other days. Why does this continue? Not a good look when you see the same Domino’s delivery guy taking up the handicap place in front of Domino’s. For True visibility, I would not be able to use that spot. I’m not disabled again, not a great look…..

We order from this Dominos in Dallas, NC on a regular basis. The pizzas we order never have any cheese on it so we always order it “cheesed up”. After tonight’s delivery and seeing that the pizza once again had no cheese I was upset and called the store. Midway through telling the guy that answered why I was upset he interrupts me with whoa whoa whoa and then proceeds to tell me we didn’t order extra cheese. He was technically right. We had clicked on the yes we want to cheese it up option but apparently it didn’t charge us for extra cheese which we didn’t know. The problem was his horrible attitude and customer service. If you don’t know how to let a customer explain why they are upset without being rude and interrupting, and then calmly explaining the problem then you have no business working in a job dealing with customers. Even though he was right it was not ok to be rude and hateful. We will no longer order from this dominos.

Absolutely terrible service and food was cold .. I spoke with the male manager on duty was he was disrespectful and was screaming at me over the phone never got the resolution. The manager on Duty said he was the district manager however I don’t believe that. The manager called my phone back several times be disrespectful as well don’t eat here. If the attitude is terrible then so is the food

Placed a pickup order, of course it appears the time quoted was much longer, no problem decided to sit in the establishment and wait. While observing a employee who was pulling pizza out to box and cut continously pulling out his phone and messing with it, ok well our phones are full of germs, no washing of hands. Then I watched this same employee vape, at that point I pointed out you just vaped you need to wash your hands before touching people food. The employee did run his hands under water, however did not observe a correct handwashing that should be practiced in a food establishment. So yes canceled my order when to another establishment and will no longer support domino’s as if this occurred while a customer is sitting in the store just imagine what goes on when customers are not in the store. I am amazed how employees today have the lack of ethics when working.

Normally I don’t give reviews but today was my first time picking up and I regret I did . The employees were not wearing gloves . I saw a gentlemen get on the register and then return to making pizza . Yuck !
