Worst dominos experience ever. We are staying at the Homewood Suites and just checked in. Ordered a pizza for dinner. Also ordered a 2 liter bottle of coke. My partner went to the lobby to meet the driver because he received a notification that the driver had arrived. He looked out front and saw a car parked out there but no one was exiting the vehicle. He chatted with the front desk clerk and kept peeking out the door. No one was coming. Finally, the delivery driver exited the vehicle and brought him the pizza box. The photos show the state of the box that my partner received. He said the driver stumbled in the hotel and he was confident that the driver was drunk. My partner brought the pizza upstairs to the room and I asked him where the soda was. The driver never gave it to him. We opened the pizza. It was cold. The lid was crushed and cheese was all over it. He is on hold waiting to talk to the manager. He’s been on hold 16 minutes so far. No one is picking up. This location is a total mess. Go anywhere but here.

I ordered two pizzas on Saturday February 1st and I was very disappointed when I opened the box. The crust was very thick, had a lot of sauce, and a little bit of cheese although I ordered extra cheese. I called today, February 3rd and spoke with Danielle, the manager. She listened to my concerns and replaced both pizzas for me. They arrived visibly better than my previous order and were delicious as well. Thank you Danielle, for such wonderful customer service!

I just had an amazing experience with Danielle, the GM at Domino’s in Cornelius, NC 28031. She went above and beyond to help me place a preorder for my kid’s birthday party, and I honestly can’t thank her enough.
Danielle took the time to walk me through everything: how many pizzas I’d realistically need for a group of hungry kids and adults, the best way to structure the order, and what time to have everything ready so it would be fresh and hot right when we needed it. She even helped me get the best value possible with a payment option that made total sense for my budget.
After talking to her, there was absolutely no doubt in my mind: I’m not ordering pizza from anywhere else. She made the whole process stress-free. Domino’s is lucky to have someone like Danielle running the show. She 100% deserves a raise or some kind of recognition for the incredible job she’s doing.

This location is fine if you want to do carry out, but if you want delivery, I’d recommend another restaurant. Both of my orders this week have taken several hours longer than the estimated wait time on the tracker. The people are nice, albeit understaffed, but I’d caution against ordering pizza delivery from this location if you hope to get your food in a reasonable amount of time.

I would give zero stars if I could. Our pizza arrived over 30 minutes late. It was ice cold and didn’t have all the toppings we ordered. This is typical for this location.
When I called in to ask the status of my order, I was put on hold for over five minutes before a human picked up the phone. They were impolite, didn’t care, and stated “yeah, it’s on its way.”
Would not recommend. We won’t be ordering from them again.

Placed a delivery order an hour ago at 4:05pm on tuesday 9/30 and i still havent gotten it, says my order is in quality check at 4:16 and i see the delivery driver out now and apparently its because my order was sitting there im guessing waiting because they had to do another delivery , mind you last time i ordered a guy driving a volkswagen jetta delivered my order and was super rude even though i tipped him , this restaurant started off good but now its just declining, is the service and the food gonna get better or is corporate the answer? Update: driver came and she was super nice and apologetic but this is definitely on the store whats going on?

The worst service I’ve ever used. We ordered pizza for our child’s birthday party. The pizza wasn’t delivered! After a long delay, we called the fire support company and they assured us the order had been delivered. So, we had to go get the pizza ourselves while our hungry children were waiting at home.

Disappointed. I ordered the $9.99 pizza deal in Cornelius. Everyone was ordering that night so it took longer than usual. I understood that, but when I got my pizza home, I couldn’t believe how skimpy they were with my toppings. I felt cheated. Having to wait is understandable, but waiting for a pizza like the one I received was very disappointing. Now I know coupons mean you shouldn’t expect the same pizza as regular price.
