I wasn’t gonna leave a review because I usually am not that person, but if I can save someone else the hassle I just went through, then I will waste my time off doing so. To begin… I ordered a medium pizza and a 16 piece bread bite at 6:13pm tonight. I go to pick it up at 6:30 and the man working the drive thru was already going at it with the customer in front of me. By the time I got to the window, they told me it would be another 25 minutes until it is done because they hadn’t even started it yet. I was cool about it and went to get some drinks while I was waiting. I came back 25 minutes later and waited in line again at the drive thru and by the tike I had gotten to the window, it was 7:01. The man asked me my name and I told him and he said “oh we had a big order, so it will be another 40 minutes until it is done.” I had enough time to drive all the way to rocky mount to pick up something my wife left at work and back to wilson before I just went in and picked up my order because forget waiting at the drive thru again. I get my food, come home to eat finally and my pizza isn’t cooked all the way. The bread is still mushy and the cheese is barely melted. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience and learned my lesson about Ward Blvd. I will continue to just go to the one on Raleigh Road because they are the bomb and always have my order good and fresh and the people are much more friendly and helpful. I am currently typing this as I sit here cooking my pizza the rest of the way in my oven. DO NOT FOR THE LOVE OF OUR SAVIOR CHRIST JESUS GO TO THE DOMINOS ON WARD BLVD.

Im literally on hold and have been for 10 minutes and have been hung up on, before I can even speak with anyone. I ordered a large cheese pizza and large pepperoni pizza… both with extra cheese… the cheese pizza was mostly bare without any cheese…. and the pepperoni only minimal cheese!!! Then I bit into my cheesy bread, and there was a long hair baked into it

I ordered a pizza online to be delivered, they made it wrong . when I called and explained the situation, I was told I can bring it back and they’ll remake it . My problem is if I wanted it delivered why do you think I want to bring it back so you can reorder ?? Very unprofessional. Photo reference I ordered bbq sauce not tomato .

I understand this is a chain pizza restaurant but it was so below the average. My grand daughters wanted pizza so we stopped by on our way home and it was terrible. They didn’t even slice the pizza well enough for slices to pull apart. I had to re-cut the slices at home. Everything was poorly made nothing tasted good we got the 19.99 special and I still feel like we paid too much lol

Food is perfect. The service is amazing. Also the wait time on phone and for pizza is way shorter than the one on Raliegh Road. Also idk why but their food is always more fresh and for some reason cheaper Also. If you want better all dont go to raliegh road location go to this location. I promise you wont be disappointed.

Order 2 large pizza and 16 wings and brownies at 3:43pm it turn 5:04 didn’t get food look at the app it said it was deliver. Call up there to tell them I didn’t never receive my order manager got on the phone and told me it been delivered since 4 and it was way to big of a order to redo. Got my pizza less than 30 minutes ago I asked for extra sauce on both my pizza the pizza was drier than a Sahara desert. The bacon ranch tots was burnt. I wish I took a pic I just did my own thing with them instead. I really was gonna go back but I said you know what maybe they are having a bad day or something. But come on y’all do better I miss the other guy back there the big dude with the beard I don’t know what they doing now they must’ve forgot my tots was in the oven. The best part about my order last night was the friendly delivery driver. I called about my order for one, and the guy that answered was so dry and even hung up. No “thank you for calling dominos”, “thank you for calling” .. nothing friendly at all. Just “it’s on the way” and hung up. SMH . Then the cheese pizza was just bread honestly. Couldn’t even eat it.
