Very rude general manager. Waited over an hour for my food. It was cold and hard, inedible. Spent $29 all together plus $5 in tips. It was an Uber order, so I called Uber as per the other dominos locations instructions first, and because I did that the very rude and hateful general manager denied a remake of the food that I had to toss out. She has no customer service, no amount of decency or compassion, nothing. DON’T order from this location, avoid it like the plague. This place does not represent Domino’s as a whole, because I’ve had much better food and customer service at other locations! Expanding on my previous review by editing, the food had been cooking/preparing since I placed the order, and when it was delivered an hour later, it was cold and hard. I called another location and the manager said it sounds like it had been cooked way before it delivered and was sitting on the rack! He said the general manager still should’ve remade the order, but even if they did remake it, the qualify of this location is so subpar, I wouldn’t even subject myself to the kind of quality that comes from poor and rude management such as the Charles location exhibits. Once again, never order from this location, your wallet doesn’t deserve the kind of treatment you will get and it doesn’t justify the inedible food. Judging off other reviews here, I’m not the only one with this experience.

I love this domino’s. I think this has to be the busiest domino’s in Greenville being right at the ECU campus. When I walk in everyone is busy working as a team. Not sure who the. Kind lady was, she seemed like she was running things and done great. Very friendly and on time with order time. This team deserves a fun day out together paid or something!!!

Took over an hour to arrive. The app told me it was delivered when it was not. Called the store and they rudely told me to wait 5-10 more minutes. Food arrived and it was terrible. First they got the order wrong, second it was cold, third it was very bland. Worst exerience with a pizzeria ever. I couldn’t even finish one slice it was so disgusting. Maybe if they put a little sauce on it there wouldn’t be a problem but there was barely any sauce making the pizza dry and flavorless. I’ll never order from here, or any other domino’s ever again. Disgusting. Waste of $50.

terrible service. we asked for a pizza 45 mins and waited then 5 people came in and got their pizza before us. we proceeded to ask for our money back and she acted like it was our fault that we asked for our money back when THEY DIDNT EVEN MAKE THE PIZZA. so when we confronted them they couldn’t own up to forgetting to make the pizza and said that he asked for his money back after waiting for 45 mins on a 25 minute wait. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

I placed an order around 7-8pm for it to be delivered at 10:45pm. Never in my life have I had service this AWFUL. I received a notification that my food was being prepared that was at 10:20pm exactly, then at 10:31 I received another notification saying that Eric had my order and it was going to be delivered by 10:50. I waited and waited and waited, then between 11:06-11:13pm I received a notification that my order was delivered and it was NOT. I called the store and the lady with poor customer service answered and said that my order had been stolen from the delivery drivers car. She then did not give me any ETA or anything else. I then called again at 11:48 and was placed on hold for 26 minutes. At 12:13am I then showed up at the store and the lady said that my order was in route to be delivered and was rude! I drove back to my home and with no hope the order was still NOT DELIVERED!! I have tried calling the number several times on different phones and every single time the phone is answered I am met with “please hold” before I can even get a word out. Let me not forget that my order was $43.36. I AM NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!! If I could give negative I surely would do so, this is the most unprofessional business I have ever been too and I truly hope no one goes here again. Shove my thank you out the window, Kaili Cannon.

So, ordered $35 worth of food and apparently the quality checker got bored with their job and thought that a pasta bowl that was burnt and more than half empty was okay! Maybe there was some fine print that I missed while ordering. The picture on the website shows a decent amount of pasta in the bowls, but that was truly not what they made for me. What was the picture game we played as kids…oh yeah, spot-the-difference!
Actually, I may have to question the training protocol because the Stock Picture was what the end goal should have been, but the four pictures of what I got clearly were not the end goal! Then again, maybe someone was hungry and felt that I did not deserve the ordered amount! Maybe Domino’s scaled back the quantity and quality of their products and I did not get the memo! Simply amazing, to say the least.

lady at the counter accused me of stealing a drink through my hoodie in front of other customers, then when i showed her it was just my wallet she just said “oh ok” and stared at me blankly until i left, didnt even apologize. Talk about awkward. Food was okay but hard to justify coming back if that’s how customer’s are treated.

I ordered from Domino’s Pizza on Charles Blvd again. I must say they did a great job with my pizza and my sandwich. Everything tastes great and look great. I am very impressed and I will be ordering again in the future. Friendly driver too.

Ordered a pizza tonight, but the quality checker was sleep! Maybe a good lighting filter will make the “raised burnt spots” on my pizza go away!
They even had a very appealing promotion about “ALL PIZZAS ORDERED FROM 4P TO 9P WOULD BE 49% OFF THE REGULAR MENU PRICE”! Maybe I misunderstood that to mean the price of the pizza rather than the quality! Maybe there was some fine print that I missed while ordering!
I attached a picture of what I got and the stock photo from their website. Maybe they have a really good lighting feature that makes theirs look so much more appealing. Anyway, I’ll still order this pizza in the future, but I’ll have to try another location cause this location clearly does not have a QUALIFIED QUALITY CHECKER!

I waited for over an hour for my pizza and the website glitched out the entire time we tried to track it. It kept switching back from saying my order was 1 minute away to back in the oven. When I tried to call the store for more information I was on hold for 20 minutes.
