Was understanding and was taking it slow since my grandpa was taking a long time. It was very nice in the atmosphere is pretty good. Wait time was a little long, but the food was made up for 10×4 food was delicious. Nothing was messed up so five stars out of 10 atm is a great service was great and the food was delicious. I gotta say it’s Little Caesars sucks. It’s nasty last time I ordered there. It had a roach to my food.

Dominos Pizza is one of the better chain pizzas around, so we decided to get it for dinner. We got a couple of pizzas with the parmesan cheese stuffed crust. Our first pizza was a garlic parmesan sauce with spinach and chicken, and our second was with red sauce, sausage, and feta cheese. I felt that the toppings were a little light compared to other Domino’s locations I have been to. I could not really taste or see the feta on my pizza. We ordered online using their app and picked it up at the location, and payment and pickup was smooth and quick. Overall, we had a nice experience here and will likely be back since it is close to our house.

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered a pizza and pasta around 11pm on Friday, Feb 28th. The people on the phones treated me like a burden, refused to let me customize my order (I just wanted to add mushrooms to my pasta) and laughed at me when I asked about it. I have never canceled an order so fast. Management and employees should be ashamed to treat a paying customer that way. I will not be spending any more money at this sorry establishment.

Historically, my family has not been a fan of Dominos. Recently we gave them a try again, and it was incredible. We placed to subsequent orders from this location and both were 5 stars. However, tonight we placed an order for a Large, hand-tossed, pizza with cheese, pepperoni, and shredded Parmesan asiago cheese. Sadly, when we received our pizza via contactless delivery, the pizza was warm at best, has minimal sauce, and barely any cheese. The crust was definitely not comparable to any hand-tossed pizza I’ve ever had. It most most comparable to a thin crust pizza. When I called the store to express my concerns, I was put on hold for over 8 minutes. When the associate came on the phone and I told her of the quality issues with my pizza, she said “what would you like us to do”? To this I replied that I would like a refund or a replacement pizza delivered. She stated that she would write down my order number and give it to her manager, and make him aware of the issues and my request for a replacement or refund. I am very disappointed with the quality of the pizza and the customer service I received. We will give this location another try in the future, but I do hope I will not have a similar experience.

If I could give -5 stars I would. I live three minutes down the street from this Location but next time I will go to the other side of town if necessary. Previously before this last order my food was Burnt. But now I had a fly in my food and I couldn’t get a Replacement. I don’t know if the guy I talk to was the manager but I did ask for the manager and never got Confirmation if that person was the manager or not But he said he couldn’t help me but mind you I’m only one person and I ordered two pizzas because there is a limit on delivery. So I waited the next day to eat the second Pizza but as I looked at it I found this fly. Since I couldn’t get my pizza replaced I only feel that is right to make this review.

I was in town visiting family and around 11pm I was suddenly starving.I ordered my food online which was the easy part. I had never been to this location prior and after the experience I had, will never use it again. I used google maps for directions, and they were spot on. However, when I pulled up all the lights in the front had been turned off. I could see lights on in the back where they make the food but to me it looked like it was closed. I got out of my car and went to open the door only to find it locked. There was a sign on the door that read “if your here to pick up an order please call ###”. I had to go get my phone out of my car and I tried calling the number on the sign. After ringing about 20 times, I see a man come from the back of the store and answers…but then hangs up on me. I called back and was asked which order I was picking up, how I was paying, and then told to get back in my car and someone would be bringing my order out. After waiting another 10 minutes someone finally brings out my food. They while way home I couldn’t stop thinking about how ridiculous that experience was. I couldn’t believe Domino’s actually let their store conduct buisness like that. Stay far away from this store.

Ordered 2 large 3 item pizzas with extra cheese. Well I may as well have gave them the money that I paid for the extra cheese as a tip because the pizza looked as if they doubled the white cheese sauce, but not the cheese. There was little cheese, but too much sauce which ran down the pizza and made it dripping wet. I guess this is how they saved money tonight by overloading the cheap cheese sauce instead of the cheese. I explicitly told my wife not to order from Dominos again. But she insisted on saving a few dollars since Dominoes had a special. I was against it from the beginning and wish I could have talked her out of ordering the pizza from Domino’s. Actually I paid $2.50 per Pizza for extra cheese and got extra cheese sauce instead. Don’t be fooled by their specials. It’s better to pay a few dollars more and get more than just something to put in your gut. Very disappointed again. I’ll order the pizza next time and it definitely will not be Domino’s. Never again.

This location has always delivered quality food, experience, and especially service. I live in a newer neighborhood that doesn’t show up on maps yet. But they still manage to find my location and they are more than happy to see me. Just recently had a get together at home. And they delivered the attached photo below in a record breaking 34 minutes! 10/10 would recommend this place to locals if you’re looking for good delivery franchise pizza

I used to be a fan of this location, but the last few times we’ve ordered upon opening the box our pizza has been sitting in a huge puddle of grease. I don’t mean the box is greasy, I mean that there is literally a puddle of oil in the box and we usually get a veggie pizza. Tonight was the last straw though. We always order hand tossed, but tonight the crust was so thin it was almost non-existent and in a puddle of grease. It was like the Little Caesar’s commercial where you have to slam your head down on the table to see the crust. I called to let the store know. I was trying to be nice about it, but the manager I spoke to (a woman) pretty much said oh well. She couldn’t understand how our pizza could be so greasy when it was mostly veggie. Sorry, can’t help you. I never complain about food and I wasn’t rude. I think I deserved a new pizza. I’m moving on from Domino’s or at the very least, this one (E. 10th St in Greenville, NC).
