I ordered three pizzas for takeout two were Hawaiian one was pepperoni. Two pizzas were reheated one which was Hawaiian and the other was a pepperoni and the third pizza was fresh all from the same order today do not recommend going there. They took 15 minutes to ask what I needed and apart from the 20 minutes that I had to wait for them to make the food.

I have been coming to this establishment since it has been in Nashville. Tonight was the worse experience. My oeder was not correct, handed the pizza to the first employee. She passes it to 3 other employees for them to look at, after asking for the receipt. Let me remind you the customer service is a 0 here Tonight. Then after further consideration I guess with the manager she decides to remake it gladly with her attitude. Never coming back to this Domino’s again.

I gave one star. (Have photo’s) Wish I could give it no stars. Had been a long day, me and my wife decided to grab a pizza and head on home. Still had a little ways to go. The pizza was the worst ever. I ordered a hand tossed pizza. Extra cheese and extra mush rooms. Got home grabbed a slice, didn’t have any cheese on it and maybe a mush room. All I got was a mouthful of tomato sauce. The pizza was pitiful. We hadn’t eaten their for a great deal of time do to this type of service. Figured we would give it a try since it was the closes to us at that time.Very disappointed. Will not recommend to others.

Ordered a veggie pizza with extra sauce, extra cheese and add chicken. Needless to say I did not get what I ordered. The pizza was cold and with little to no sauce at all, no extra cheese or premium chicken. I didn’t realize it until I got home so driving back to get it made over with gas prices like they are, was not an option. I did call the store and received a store credit but I’m almost afraid of utilizing the store credit in fear of getting the same results. I also ordered a pizza with half pepperoni and half cheese. It also was cold and had little to no sauce. I’m very disappointed….Please tell me where’s the extra sauce, extra cheese and premium chicken….

This was my 1st visit to Nashville Domino’s and it will be a while before I go back. I ordered online but waited about 10 mins at the window before I was assisted. They need to improve on that 91 sanitation score. It definitely wasn’t the best we’ve had.

Absolutely horrible. I should have known this place was not good because it’s usually empty when I ride by. This is the worst dominoes ever! And I’ve given this place at least 3 chances to get it right. They have a hard time topping the pizzas!! And just super dry!! If I’m spending money with you I expect to get what I paid for!! Some slices don’t have any toppings. Just dry remnant of sauce. Very slack on toppings and cheese & when I brought to thier attention that I didn’t pay for some slices not to have toppings they told me that is how the pizza bakes up. I eat dominos at other locations and no ma ‘am that is not how the pizzas bake up. Just trash employees and food, I won’t ever be back. Just nasty overall.Incompetent staff when they have a very simple job. If I want a pizza I’d rather go to the super market where I can at least guarantee it will be topped correctly or drive to lousiburg dominos rather than to go to this trash place. Trust the pictures you see from other legit reviewers as most of them are corporate pictures, and not what you’ll actually get!! avoid this place unless you want to ruin your family dinner and waste $30 and you have to end up getting somthing else!!
