I always go here to pick up for my grand baby school when I’m feeding the class. They are very nice and efficient. As a matter of fact I went today when they were about to open and the man let me in a few minutes earlier and took my order so I can be on time for my granddaughter award ceremony. The pizza was done and I was out and on time. So I never have any issues with these gentleman. I don’t even live in Durham. I know I get great service every time I shop with them.

If you’re going to order late at night… DONT! i’m not sure what the mixed up was but my food was 2 hours late. I got the wrong food that i didn’t even eat because it’s so cold. I tried to make the best out of the situation but being on hold for 30 minutes to figure out where my food was, is ridiculous

Twice in a row (and three out of the last four times), I paid extra for ranch dressing and it doesn’t show up in my order. It’s pretty annoying, especially since I love my pizza crust with ranch. I paid everything for delivery for pizza but she didn’t receive and she was hungry all night because she don’t have anything to eat when I called to the store to ask about delivery One guy pick up the phone he work here. Purchased a future order online…aWhen I went for pickup they had no order ready claiming they didn’t receive an order when I had the email confirmation on my phone. No apologies or offers to make it right for the inconvenience it caused. Reported it to customer service and still no response from the store despite customer service saying they would contact me.

I placed an order over the phone, went in to pick it up and noticed problems already. 1st there was only one person inside doing everything, 2nd he didn’t have gloves on and wiped his hands on his nasty apron while checking to see if my food is done, 3rd he wiped his nose with his hand and continued to put toppings on someone’s pizza, through it all he NEVER washed his hands. I didn’t pay I just left the food inside the store.

The pizza itself was great, and the delivery driver wasn’t rude or anything, so this is what I will give 2 stars for. It took an hour an a half from placing the order to getting the pizza, which I am actually ok with, employee shortage makes sense.
When I called, I don’t go to a real person. When I finally get the option to call the store directly, someone picked up the call and hung up. I thought “hey maybe that was an accident, let me try again”. Nope, same response. I asked my girlfriend to do the same, she got the same response. I wanted to cancel at that point, however no one would answer the phone to place a cancellation. This occurred the night of October 19th. Being short staffed is one thing, even being unable to answer the phone is fine. But answering and hanging up is inexcusable.

I ordered the food and drove straight to the store, thinking I would have to wait. As I walked in they were pulling it out of the oven. It was prepared exactly as I asked and was very good.
