I placed my order online. The food was taken way outside of their radius to the wrong location. The driver blamed me or the app, kinda sounded like he blamed me but my receipt of my order clearly had the correct location about a mile away from the store. The driver suggested I maybe place another order. Why would I place another order vs dominos make it right and do it for me. My employees ended up microwaving their pizza to eat it. Disappointed in the customer service.

It was a Very disappointing experience.
I purchased 3 chicken Alfredo pasta and 1 order of wings. I picked it up at the store , when I started eating my pasta I found a hair, I can’t believe no one was wearing gloves or face mask with the virus going on , but they have a paper outside with a message that says only two people are allowed come in.. If they are making food they need to protect themselves as well . Then, when I went back I asked for a manager and this lady said she was but what got me more upset is that I did not received an apology or something all she said was you will get a refund to your card in 24 hours. I don’t think any customer should be treated like that specially when is not even our fault to find a hair on the food we are supposed to be enjoying .

Yall just lost a costumer cuz theres this lady yelling at my daughter cuz she asked a question about saying the card information out loud and she took it as an ” insult ” first of all this woman was yelling at my daughter the whole time while she was crying and stuttering. Thats not how you’re supposed to treat people and stop acting like you the victim when my daughter was being all calm and nice to her.

Employees were smoking a blunt right in front of the entrance and pizza was made poorly. I ordered a pizza with pineapple on it because I’m vegetarian and I got a pizza with pineapple on it, as well as hamburger meat, bacon, and jalapeños thrown in and mixed in randomly. Didn’t think it was that hard to make a pizza with one topping.

Cut my pizza like a toddler, ordered boneless buffalo for like 9$ only to get some plain nasty chicken with buff sauce, never got the brownies added to my order but it took so long to get and was already 26 bucks for garbage that I just wanted to leave. Wouldn’t have even had to wait if the app wasn’t garbage. Didn’t use my saved location and instead used one from when I lived in a different state, which thankfully I intended to pay at the register for. Your business adds no value and has always been the worst pizza joint.

It’s a hit or a miss but the last time we got our pizza, it barely had any sauce. Tasted like bread only! It’s not worth our time to go back and get a new pizza as who knows what they would do to it.
Also, Domino’s in general does not offer any support! I had opened a case about my free pizza and never heard back. Followed up again and no response. They do not care if they have your support it not. Unfortunately, this place is close to us so it’s convenient to get pizza for our kids but moving on.
Just FYI, for those first-timers: To redeem your emergency pizza, you MUST claim it within 7 days before using it within 30 days! Why must it be claimed and not automatically offered?? That’s how they get you and then deny you your free pizza. Same with their late curbside delivery. You have to use the free pizza within 7 days. These are in super fine print you’ll miss if you don’t look closely and read them. So lame!!
