heeey sooo one of their delivery drivers gotta be driving on a permit cuz how you gon pull out and instead of pulling into the left lane, like a proper person, this bozo pulls into my lane forcing me to brake n honk my horn. Next time, get a delivery driver with an actual plausible license n not a gizbit with a permit. 🙂

I am very disappointed with the service I received today. I called at 11:20 PM on 12/09/2025 to confirm the ETA for my order of 4 pizzas and to add some drinks. Unfortunately, the lady who answered the phone spoke very rudely for no reason.
I greeted her politely and simply asked about my order status, but she cut the call before I even finished speaking. This is not acceptable behavior, especially toward a customer. If you have call recordings, I request that a supervisor or manager listen to them, because this kind of attitude can really hurt your business.
I was in a good mood, planning a pizza party, but this experience was very upsetting. Please look into this issue

I’m very disappointed with the service I received today at Domino’s Pizza.
My order took over an hour, and when I arrived, no one was attending the front counter—everyone was in the back with no communication or updates.
When I finally received my pizza, it was poorly cut and sloppy, which is unacceptable after such a long wait.
This experience did not meet basic customer service standards, and I hope management addresses both staffing and quality control.

God what kind of people have you hired dominos. This woman cut my pizza so hard the slice flipped and messed it up. No apology and just “here u go”. Like i am sorry if you cannot do customer service find a different job where you don’t have to deal with people. This was at 9.15-9.35pm on June 26, 2025. Will be calling corporate tomorrow to report such behavior. No one is asking you to smile or pander the customer but basic customer service is a must if you are gonna work in such places.

The employees at this location are always kind and attentive. I’ve never really had many issues with my orders and none have been ruined. That being said, I was disappointed to see my pizza arriving without the chicken topping I ordered. It was still good pizza and it wouldn’t be such a big deal if I didn’t pay extra for it. I always leave decent tips too, as it’s only fair when you get delivery with these ridiculous gas prices. I’ll avoid ordering delivery if I can help it, just to make sure I get everything I ordered.

This was now a NY style pizza, it might say large but it looks like a medium. There’s barely any mushroom on the side and it was cut poorly. Never ordering from this place, rather try my look with Pizza Hut.

Don’t see why this location has such a low rating 10/18 @ 8pm the ENTIRE staff their was on point !! Got there a bit early and waited inside for around 8min.

The WORST dominos ever!…at this point if you aren’t staffed and can’t do the job effeciently you should just close and allow a business that will benefit the surrounding community! I have ordered several times from here and both times my order has been skimp I ask for extra and get bare min I get double and the double just looks like extra….my pizza was cold! I ordered a medium two topping pizza and I live 7 mins GPS from the store it took a whole hour and a half for my food to get here when the prep was 25-30 mins reported! Half of my crust was pushed down and looked like thin crust not hand tossed! It’s the only one near my house but I think I’ll just live with out dominos than to ever order from here again!

The service is garbage. I called from Capital Blvd to Rock Quarry Rd trying to ask that my wings be ran through twice. Of course I was told they couldn’t do that. Strangely enough, someone just did it the last time I ordered. They love to say you can’t get all flats yet they can give you all these white half cooked drums. You’re fulfilling the “all flats” request for someone! If Im spending my hard earned money, I want my food the way that I want it! Cooked!
Back to how long I waited for a store rep: They can’t answer the phone but there were four people standing around and laughing when I was walking out the door.
