Delivery drivers are always friendly and polite. However, orders almost never arrive on time. Delivery windows are wildly inaccurate and the “tracker” only works sometimes. Placed an order today and it was an hour before it even started getting prepped. I do not typically complain, but this is a regular issue from this store. I have received numerous “that order was not what he had hoped” emails over the past couple of years. I don’t want free stuff, just timely orders, and at least communication if there is a problem.

I can’t believe it takes 45 minutes for them to deliver a messed up order, consistently. Sometimes it might surprisingly be correct items, but the pizza won’t even be cut.
Guess we’ll find a new pizza place, not worth wasting money like this when we don’t even get what we pay for.

This is the line of people who waited at least 30 minutes each for their food inside when the tracker said it was done. Not one of us got our food in the time that I waited (I was there for over 45 minutes). After such a long time I eventually cancelled along with several others there. I understand long waits are to be expected on a Friday but don’t say things are done in the app and then give bad estimates on top of that when they’re not. Just not cool.
EDIT: Got a nice response from the owner who I reached out to but never heard back. Again, not cool. I look forward to the Papa John’s opening in the adjacent shopping center.

Although our delivery took two hours, they explained that they were behind and we were ok with that. What I didn’t appreciate was the attitude of the driver, Renna. When I made Renna aware that she left out one of my pizzas, she began to argue and tell me she brought all my food. When I rechecked everything I assured her she had left a pizza behind. She then told me to call the manager and deal with them. I asked if she could just go back and get my pizza and she replied no. That I needed to call the store and told me that it was up to them whether or not o would get my pizza or not. She was SO rude!!! And now that I have my pizza look how burnt it is. Unacceptable Dominos… never again!

Avoid this location at all costs. On Aug 15 afternoon I placed an order in-person for a speciality pizza with only chicken as meat, explicitly informing when ordering that I don’t consume any other meat. On reaching home, we started eating and realized there were two types of meat 😐 We called the store to double check, and they started asking to come back for another pizza, when I pressed why there were two meats, they said they added sausage too, which contains all other types of meat. I couldn’t go back, so they asked to discard the current pizza and they’ll give the next one free. I don’t have any allergies or anything, but imagine they did this to someone who does 😐
When I went back another day for the pizza, the attitude of the staff was very bad, like they were giving away something for charity.
They refused to give a speciality pizza to my wife because the note said “FREE MEDIUM PIZZA”. When I pressed them, the store manager started finger pointing and said that next time I should ask the staff to write free speciality pizza if I want that. Seriously? Next time? When I said that the staff should be taking care to mention the right details, not me, and she started yelling the pizza will be ready in 15 mins to shut me up.
The conversation was very heated, and I left without taking the pizza, because I never buy prepared food from a store after a heated exchange, not for a million dollars.
Clearly, the staff can neither read nor write things accurately. Best avoided.

Date: May 22,2025 Disappointed today after many good experiences. We’ve ordered from here many times before without any issues. But today, they took the order wrong, and when we called to explain, the lady on the phone turned it off. This was really frustrating and unprofessional. We expect better, especially after being loyal customers. Hope they address this kind of behavior. Mistakes can happen, but refusing to fix them and ignoring customers is not the way to handle it. Won’t be ordering again.

Order online through the app pretty straightforward. It’s a part that shows your progress stayed on prep for about 30 minutes. I get to the restaurant Seem to be only one person working and other standing Around like zombies. Not sure of the young lady’s name I think it’s Ciera She was the only one who really seemed to know what was going on so I give her kudos for work and effort where everything seem to be coming down on her and everybody asking what do I do she stayed calm and continue to make pizza ssmile

just look at their pizza! this is Dominos..this is my second experience in 15 days..this was a 15 minute late order already and this is their pan pizza! crust wasn’t even halfway baked..surely this is my last order and going to make sure this won’t happen to any of my neighbors here..looking for a zero star in google review.
