Pizza has hardly any cheese, dry, maybe overcooked. Crust was decent but only thing worth eating and I don’t usually eat the crust. Minimal toppings. I added Parmesan and red pepper not provided by restaurant and it’s still about as good as a hot pocket. Can get a pizza for about same price that is way better not going to a chain. My mistake! So much for this pizza card! Maybe thats why they slighted me on the cheese and toppings.

Huge shout-out to Russel at Domino’s! When I walked in, he was the only one there and somehow handling multiple orders (like 5 ready for pickup) at once all by himself like an absolute pro. Despite probably being swamped and over-worked, he stayed friendly, focused, and delivered legit perfect food. Everything came out hot, fresh, and honestly better than I’ve ever had it- truly a 100/10.
Russel deserves a serious raise. It’s employees like him who keep customers coming back. Amazing job Russel, appreciate you!

Horrible dry pizza which seemed as if had been sitting a long time. I’ve never had pizza this bad. When I called, the guy he stated that he had to ask his manager if he could replace it. They are being very rude about replacing it & hung up after saying we had to show him the pizza. I’m going to do just that in this post.

After being told my order would be 30-40 minutes before done(no big deal) I go to pick my pizzas up,45 min after I ordered us when I went through the door, they have even been prepped for the oven yet. Everyone in there is running around like a chicken with their head cut off and lost.. won’t bother with them again. I’d rather pay a little more for a better quality pizza down the street.

The workers need more training. The young lady at the register is not ready to work solo at the register. If it’s loud I the store and you can’t hear someone, say something, just staring at them until they ask what’s wrong is crazy after waiting for a pizza until 6:48 that was estimated to be ready at 6:15 and there was no offer to reduce the price or anything for the ridiculously long wait time.

I ordered this pizza online, and this is not my norml Domino’s. The customer service was great!!!! Gentlemen even opened the door for me on the way out. Pizza was made as ordered but it was burned. So, once cold, they were hard as rocks! Pizza is the best cold but not when the are hard as a brick. They would have been perfect if not over-cooked.

I normally don’t complain especially about this dominos . I order here a lot but tonight was unacceptable. I recently ordered & everything was completely wrong. For starters i did not receive my specialty chicken at all. My pizza was supposed to be handmade pepperoni and bacon yet i received hand tossed chicken & bacon pizza. My pasta was supposed to be chicken and steak & it was only chicken. I also paid for 3 dipping sauces & did not receive any of them. I didn’t receive anything I ordered. I didn’t even touch the food. Then they wouldn’t even pick up the phone when I called. I either want a full refund or the right order. I attached the photos of the food i received. Again my chicken & dipping cups were missing & the food I did receive was wrong.

Burnt pizza. No call back from Corporate or the store. The GM stated “it’s cooked not burnt” Unprofessional, Philly cheesesteak pizza was made wrong. They wouldn’t take it back. LOSERS

They’re usually pretty quick, but when they’re slow they’re really slow. Food has always been good though and they usually have pretty good deals
