I was very annoyed because the staff who was super nice and welcoming was with Theo head somewhere completely else, they kept forgetting about my order and I had to wait 50 minutes for a pizza. Most of the time, this store will get your order right, and there will be no problem. But if your order does come incorrectly (or in my case, never shows up), be ready to get quizzed as if you’re the one who messed up. Then expect a 2-hour wait time for the food to finally arrive. Then the cherry on top. Minimal effort, and they won’t even make it right when you get it.
Almost seems spiteful.
PS: If you live in an apartment complex that the driver needs to be let into, prepare yourself to wait and catch the driver! They will leave and not call you when they see the door is locked.
I’ll keep ordering from this place, but if you need assistance from the store with your order, then you better strap in.

Ordered a cheese pizza and it arrived with literally no cheese on it. I’m genuinely confused how this passed any kind of quality check before being handed to a customer. A basic item missing its main ingredient is unacceptable. If this is the level of attention given to orders, it seriously raises concerns about overall quality control. Very disappointing experience.

Simply terrible! The gentleman, although he was very nice, couldn’t find our apartment for anything!! I had ordered it for my mom and we were so frustrated that we eventually cancelled. I mean, we were on the phone with him. I literally told him step-by-step directions. I just don’t know if he understood what I was saying. I know the apartment complex is somewhat difficult with multiple entrances but, when I have been on the phone with other delivery people, I have never been able unsuccessful in guiding someone to the apartment. This was incredibly frustrating to be on a phone with someone twenty minutes between two separate calls.
I don’t think we will ever order from this Domino’s again. We will probably just stick to Papa John’s which we’ve had no difficulty in finding the apartment.
Also, the automated system sucks. Why would you make an automate system for a individual store. I had to call like four times to get back in touch with my driver.

I’m honestly a huge Domino’s fan, but this particular location has let me down every single time. Despite clearly mentioning my concerns in person, the food is consistently undercooked, the pizza is never cut properly, and there’s absolutely no one willing to listen or resolve the issue.
I’ve tried reaching out to Domino’s customer support, but unfortunately had no luck getting any response. If anyone from Domino’s sees this, please provide an email or contact where I can share my concerns directly, because I truly want this to improve.

The food was the best dominos pizza that I have had in a while. It was very fresh and tasty. The slices were clean cut.
The staff had the best smiles and cheers, and I was greeted with a Hello!! Right after I entered.
Only bad thing would be maybe clean up the place a bit more, there was like plastic, and paper napkins get scattered around the place.

A couple days ago, I placed a very large order and was very surprised at how quickly it arrived! Hot and delicious! The driver, Josh, was so sweet and accommodating, helping me carry the order upstairs and to the party. Amazing service, amazing pizza!

I drive 18 minutes to come to this Dominoes passing one in walking distance to my home. Britney and the entire crew provided great service and fresh pizza. This store wears gloves and being in healthcare for 25 years, I was amazed and proud of them for taking the extra step in cleanliness!! This store is very busy and to witness this crew working together as a strong team to ensure everyone was taken care of displayed the true meaning of teamwork!!!!
