I have tried this dominoes several times. I have only had a good experience once or twice. I always leave a good tip because I know how valuable everybody’s time is and I know how times are right now. With that being said today is not the first day that I have had a bad experience at this dominoes. A couple weeks ago I ordered and my pizza tracker said that my food was done I then had to wait outside for an additional hour on my pizza. Tonight I ordered two large pizzas one was supposed to be pepperoni and one was a specialty and buffalo boneless wings. Over $50 worth of food. I got home to fined that I had picked up two cheese pizzas ( mediums) and buffalo wings with some kind of cheese that had been baked then tossed in buffalo sauce. I called to let them know what had happened. The guy on the phone told me to bring the pizzas back and they would give me new pizzas. The way gas prices are I explain to him nicely that I did not want to do that. He did not offer anything else and he hung up on me. I called back I called to let them know what had happened. It’s been an hour and a half since placing the order. I’ve tried to call to ask about the delivery, and the phone goes to a busy signal. I understand places are busy and understaffed but I’ve been patient and can’t even get an update. It’s now after 10pm, other food has been served, and since I can’t speak with someone, there’s probably going to be pizza on my porch in the morning half eaten by critters.

These guys are great! They probably won’t deliver to you anymore but they haven’t been able to in the last year or so with staffing issues. But the pizza is always good and the prices are great. So when you want a good pizza in the area this is my first choice. They would get a full 5 star review if only they could still deliver.

Ordered last night and food took almost an entire hour more than initially quoted. However, before I even called to complain they’d emailed me with an apology and points for a free future pizza. Honestly gotta give them credit for taking that initiative and wanting to make it right if they drop the ball. Wasn’t happy to be hungry but I appreciate the customer service and support.

Have tried this location a few times because I would like to think it was an off night but the last 3 times we have ordered delivery and have been told it would be 30 minutes on the app and it takes over 2 hours to get it. Tonight it had already been over an hour and my husband called and was told it wasn’t even being made and would take another 30 minutes. That was 30 mins ago and it’s still in prep status on the app. Last time we called them we were told “ we will get it when we get it”. Extremely rude customer service. They either need to hire more people or get new management.

We never have a good experience and always try to give another chance. But this is just becoming to much of an inconvenience. The delivery time is atleast 1 1/2. Then when you get the food it’s cold. Tonight we have been waiting for over an hour, finally my husband calls for them to tell us it’s not even been cooked yet. That we could pick it up faster then it getting delivered at this point it’s been over an hour..

There have been several occasions where you order delivery and it takes over an hour, or they don’t come at all. We are talking a delivery for exactly 7 minutes away. I am not sure how difficult it it to deliver a pizza , but if you are not capable, don’t offer the service
