What a great experience I had at our local Domino’s Pizza in Rosewood NC. Our Pizza wasn’t quite ready upon my arrival. It was about a 5 minute wait but they were very busy as it was Friday evening. When my pizza’s were ready the you lady (Mia) went to hand me the pizzas and realized I was a handicapped veteran walking with a cane. She was so sweet and actually carried them out to my truck for me. I was so grateful and told her I would post a positive feedback… Thank you Mia!!

This Domino’s used to be the best ever food and quickest service. However lately they have been slow andthe app is misleading with time. I understand they are busier and that is great but they are not open and honest with time. Several times my app says my order is ready only for me to arrive and the order has not even been made. The workers are really kind though. Everything always tastes great so I patiently wait. It is the only Domino’s I order from. Clean place, good service, great good!

Today is 11/22/25 and this is the first time I’ve called in an order and was not able to speak to a human being at all, it was what I’m only assuming some type of AI. I wish I could attach how horrible the phone call was(yes I recorded it because I was in such disbelief). The AI didn’t get my name, or order correct. So when I get to the physical location I immediately go inside to check and make sure my order is correct, it wasn’t and I had them correct it. The guy at the counter also didn’t care to hear about how horrible of an experience I had had with the AI phone call. He told me his regional manager will be at this location next Friday… and I’m honestly baffled, did he offer that info to me to back next Friday and tell his boss how bad something is working? I’m 100% willing to if it means I can talk to a person when ordering my food. I’ve worked in customer service most of my adult life and I know my job usually gets easier when the customers complain about something that should be changed. I guess he doesn’t care. I left 4 stars on the food because I’m writing this review while waiting for my order(it wasn’t ready because the AI didn’t get my order correct). But I thought how bad can you mess up pizza? If anyone from corporate actually reads these: you WILL loose customers and money if you don’t let a real person answer the phone. Stop being greedy and just pay someone to answer the phone.

This has got to be the worst Domino’s restaurant E-V-E-R! Ordered two medium pizzas at 6:13pm and the app said would be ready between 6:45pm and 7:02pm. Well, sent my daughter to get her pizzas at 7:00pm because the tracker wasn’t moving (like it never works anyway). They told her it would be another 40 minutes at least until they were done. WTH! Anyway, she came back home because she wasn’t going to wait in the car for that long. Who would! Here it is 7:59pm and the tracker when full red to complete.
This is not the first time this has happened to our order at this subpar joint. This is actually the fourth time this has happened, and it will be the last. We will now order from Papa John’s. They have never let us down like the horrible service we have gotten from this place.
If you want pizza tonight from this place, you better order it a week in advance. This is the last time! Never will set another foot through their door.

This place is a joke, order online with prep time at 520 by Ernest, paid for Order at 537 , went back in at 550 and it just was put in the oven. Ernest was the manager on duty and he was rude so we canceled the order. Pizza Hut fr9m now on.

Tonight my review is about the best delivery driver EVER!! But I must say that there is Always a nice person at the register, if any mistakes have been make over the course of our orders (we get dominoes at least once a week pickup and/or deliveries) they’ve been more than happy to fix the situation however they possibly can, remake a pizza, sides, or whatever it may be if incorrectly made, or if they’re short a driver they let you know immediately and this store goes above and beyond to do for their customers and truly pay attention to special requests, toppings, everything you put in an order, they’re just great! Awesome management, awesome team, and great delivery at our rosewood dominoes on Martin rd, and they always have a sweet delivery person so far they’ve also all been great! Now as for tonite, I must put in my review, we had a kid named Chandler (sorry for putting your name out here) delivering, he was absolutely AWESOME!!! We Just had to give you a shout out kiddo for the amazing job you’re doing with delivering, how hard you’re working astounds me, and how sweet, helpful, and just grateful of a kid you are!!! (Shout out to his parents for raising such an awesome young man!) Hope you, Chandler, continue to spread your kindness and I hope your tips increase and everyone gets to see the awesome hardworking delivery guy you are that I witnessed tonite!!! Good luck with all your future endeavors and hope to see you again soon as our delivery guy! If yall get this kid tip him good please, he goes above and beyond, working really hard, and was just as sweet as he could be!! I’ve never met a stranger (especially young teen) more respectful and so motivated to be the best at what he can be, just such a headstrong young man. (Please don’t get mad for me sharing this chandler) I told him he deserved so much more but I gave him a 4-5 dollar tip (all I had this time cash wise I felt so bad or he would have gotten much more) but He was so proud of his little tip I gave him and so appreciative it made me so mad at myself that I didn’t have another $20 to give him. I know this sounds crazy but this is how amazing of a young man he was but my order was only 20.25 but he deserved a 100% tip rather than avg 15% in my opinion! Making the best of your situation and being grateful, respectful, and so appreciative, sweet and helpful, etc just goes so far! Our younger generation nowadays, doesn’t seem to have this drive, respect, and motivation that this kid had and I wish they did because they could learn so much! Again thanks to Chandler, he made my night! You’re going to go very far in life kiddo and be successful at everything you do! And thanks Domino’s of Rosewood for hiring such great staff and thanks for making sure your customers get exactly what they ask for! Love love love this place and much respect for all its hard workers!

I should have read the reviews. Horrible service! WILL NOT BE RETURNING. The pizza had bubbles everywhere. Cheese gaps,or lack there of. I paid for XTRA. & the hot wings sucked,& was soggy.The sauce was just poured on ¬ cooked in! So disappointed with all the money I spent. Tried to resolve it with staff,she showed no interest or even cared. Management did apologize, &offered a redo.
