The food is always hot and fresh and on point, the delivery drivers are always warm. Service can sometimes be a little slow and I’ve had times in the past where orders got cancelled during prime time hours, but the management/ownership team is quick to respond to set things right. And all that said the pickup process is painless.
The wizards that make the philly cheese steak pizza are excellent at their craft.

Ordered on a cold rainy Sunday night. When I went to pick up, a lot of the scheduled staff had called out for the weather. The 3 employees left in the store worked their butts off with a line out to the door, still managed to be friendly and made a great pizza. Big kudos to them!

What a nightmare… I ordered food at 6:14 and at 8:45 PM still no food. Tried to call the location but no answer for 15 minutes. Then the app said my delivery would be between 11:03 and 11:15 PM! That is 5 hours for a pizza. I went to the location to get a refund and find out what the problem was and they said they only had one driver. And that the app was wrong. She said I could wait while they make my pizzas or get a refund, it did not matter to her.
I will NEVER do business with them again.

They make good pizzas at this location, but the service is extremely slow. At times, it has taken nearly an hour just to prepare two pizzas for pickup. On a recent visit, we also encountered an unruly individual creating a disturbance, which made the experience uncomfortable. Because of this, we’ll likely avoid this location going forward.

My 5 star review is based on the customer service and response received by the new manager, Chris. We had a poor experience due to staffing shortages and Chris made sure to call me and resolve my issues as well as hear me out with patience. This location needs some help from higher ups so that they can produce better quality food and delivery, which Chris is planning to improve on. We look forward to giving this location another try in a couple weeks.

I love dominos and I placed an order for my kid and I. After waiting 30 mins for said delivery. The tracker said our order was cancelled. I called the store a few times and was on hold. No one answered. Unprofessional.

Ordered delivery, gave 20% tip(mistake), parm stuffed crust pizza, stuffed crust is way too big and they cut the pizza so uneven(tiny pieces and massive slices) then I tried to order a bacon and Philly steak and got pepperonis instead. Why are food places in Garner all terrible?

I ordered a large supreme pizza and it had been 2 hours and I checked their tracker and Christopher was preparing my order and I checked back and my order had been cancelled! They didn’t have a problem taking my money out of my bank account but the manager couldn’t call me at least and let me know that they were slammed or didn’t have enough drivers or anything! This isn’t the first time either but I was giving them the benefit of the doubt and maybe things had changed and they got better management. How is this store still open? What do you do in this case? Call the police for fraud? Best believe I’ll be talking to the bank Monday morning and never using Dominos again!
