I ordered Buffalo wings from Domino’s and the experience was beyond disappointing. The wings were the color of Drake — and that’s not a compliment in this situation. They looked undercooked and barely sauced. These were supposed to be Buffalo wings, but it looked like someone lightly sprinkled hot sauce on them and sent them out.
The appearance alone was concerning enough to make me question if they were fully cooked.
When I called the store, the young man who answered was very professional and respectful… I truly appreciate him. However, once the manager got on the phone, the experience went downhill fast. Instead of resolving the issue, he refused to refund the order and insisted that I bring the wings back.
It was 10:30 PM. I had just gotten off work. Expecting a customer to drive back out at that time over improperly prepared food is unreasonable.
I even asked him directly, “Do you really think I’m trying to get something free?” I don’t want free wings. I want properly cooked food and basic customer service.
This experience explains the 3.3 rating.

Called last week to get delivery as we have done for many years. They said they no longer deliver to our street as corporate made their delivery area smaller. Yesterday I watched the domino’s delivery car go down my street, deliver, and come back down my street! NOT COOL DOMINO’S!

I came here and it honestly felt like a family, Daniel who I believe was the manager (he was honestly like really cute) was the most helpful manager I’ve ever had talk to me. He was so sweet and helped me pick my order out and gave me recommendations. He recommended me the sausage which was so amazing I just have to come back for more!

I called Domino’s today while driving, hoping to get some quick help over the phone with ordering and to ask about any current specials involving two pizzas. The person who answered the phone was dismissive and repeatedly told me to check the website, even after I explained I was driving and couldn’t do that safely. When I asked if he could just tell me what the specials were, he said he couldn’t help because he didn’t have them memorized. The lack of basic customer service and unwillingness to assist was frustrating. I ended the call and chose to order from a different restaurant that was more willing to help. Honestly, it was a very big turn off. I will not be ordering from Domino’s anymore, and I ordered quite often.

My phone in order was confirmed. The pizza was not thin crust nor was it a Hawaiian toppings as I ordered. The cashier asked me to wait 15 minutes for them to remake my pizza.

Ordered a thin crust crispy pizza .. took an hour and 5 minutes for delivery. Did not deliver in a heat bag and pizza was cold and was in now way crispy. Driver offered no apology or discount.

Very disappointed this has always been my favorite Domino’s.. I’m not sure if it’s new management or what but the service i received was was disappointing and I’m a loyal customer . Literally loved this location especially…the thickness of the pizza is the size if a hand toss pizza not the extra $2 I paid for pan. And how rude they were made me completely not want Dominos ever again.
