This will be my last time ordering from dominos in Creedmoor. I placed the delivery order at 7:30 I called at 8 because the tracker after a half hour hasn’t moved from prep. I was told there were 3 more orders ahead of mine and they couldn’t give me an estimate of how much longer it would be. The owners of this establishment must not care because this has been like this the last two orders ( we order maybe once a month ) so no change in 3 months. Door dashing local pizza from now on.

I was so appalled by the food and talked to by the Manager at the Domino’s located at Lyon’s Station RD in Creedmoor, NC! What is it since COVID??? Customer service no longer exists!! When I’ve paid $25 for 1 meal, I expect it to be eatable and not taste like dog food! For the pizza that was delivered to me, I might as well have paid $4.99 for a grocery store brand pizza! There was hardly NO sauce, NO cheese; it was just nasty! The Manager kept insisting that the pizza had to be reutned to him in order to get my refund, but thats not what their website states. I said several time that My taste bites couldnt withstand another one of their pizzas! I told him to send the delivery person back out to get it. The conversation should not have to esculate, all I wanted was my money back. Ridiculous and unnecessary stress! I’m sure that we can all agree that we want the most for our money, and not food just thrown to you! The night manager refused to give me his name, but that’s okay because I am writing a letter of complaint to the headquarters located in Ann Arbor, MI. They will know WHO was working on 10/17/24 at 9:00pm.

GROSS. I just ate the worst pizza I’ve ever had from here. If I weren’t so hungry, I would have sent it back. I paid extra for cheese and there was scant cheese. Just nasty.

Today I placed an order for a pan meatzza pizza with light sauce at lunch time. The dough was not cooked and the pizza tasted awful. I called back to speak with management who was full aware of something was going wrong with there pan pizza dough. She agreed to remake the pizza and deliver. At 4:00 I had not heard anything from Dominos. I called back to ask for a refund. The young lady who introduced herself as the manager put me on a brief hold to contact her district manager (DM). According to the management I spoke with her DM stated she will not refund my money because they remade the pizza twice which was not true. I asked management to have DM to contact me instead of going back and forth with third party. This manager was rude and refused plus hung up the phone. I called back and a gentlemen hung up the phone. I called back and the manager hung the phone up again. I called the front desk of the institution I work for and the receptionist stated Dominos delivered a pizza stating it was a remake and they did not know who it was for. The delivery person stated they were going to return to the store and find out who the pizza belong to and come back. The receptionist did not receive a phone call nor did the delivery driver return. I called the front desk to track my pizza. The institution I work for provide lot’s of business to this store and I could not believe the level of rudeness received.

Placed an order online. The pizza was here lightning fast, as within 10 minutes! Not the best pizza I’ve ever had, but very good and hot! Worth the money and convenience! Very impressed with the stellar customer service and the lightning speed of delivery(thanking Linwood, the driver)!

If I could post a zero star I would. This place is a joke. Hour and a half since my order and they tell me my order hasn’t been cook till the driver gets back. I’m 3 miles from them, if it has said on the website when I ordered it that they were that far behind I would have picked it up. Then the Manger hung up on me when I called to discuss the situation with them. Said I was yelling, well I was not. I may have been asking some questions and been a little aggrieved but you would be too. Never again from this house will another order be placed. My last order was $150.
