Food was marked to be cooked well done, was barely cooked all the way. Delivery driver didn’t even knock on the door just left the food out on the curb. I don’t understand why I am tipping or giving these people my money if they don’t care. I will be ordering elsewhere from now on.

My family and I ordered a deep dish pizza, a flatbread with Philly steak and onions, and a chicken Alfredo pasta. When we got home, it was already late only to find that both pizzas were incredibly disappointing. They barely had any toppings, and the deep dish had large bubbles all over it, making it practically inedible.
We called the store right away and asked to speak with a manager. The general manager, Michael Moore, got on the phone. We explained the issue to him, and instead of offering a real solution, he casually suggested we bring the food back that same night. As I told him, it was already late, we don’t live nearby, and this was simply not a reasonable request. Every alternative I proposed was met with the same dismissive response: “You can just bring it back; we’ll replace it.” He even suggested we bring it back the next day seriously? A day-old pizza?
His tone was completely nonchalant and showed no genuine concern for the fact that my family didn’t get a proper dinner, despite paying for it. It felt like he couldn’t care less. This is not the level of service I expect from Domino’s, and I hope this issue is addressed appropriately.

I arrived around 7:45pm to pick up a pizza order my brother placed for his small birthday party. My brother placed the order via Dominos app. It was 4 medium two topping pizzas. When I walked it, I was promptly greeted by a staff person who asked how would they help me.
I gave told them I was picking up a order. I gave them my brothers name, to which he obtained the pizzas and handed it to me. The guy was extremely friendly and had a huge smile on his face that almost seemed fake. Of all the times I’ve picked up Dominos from several location across, including different states, and I have never had a person be so friendly and smiling so hard. Nonetheless, the boxes felt warm, which was a good thing. My brother lives like a Mile away. All the pizzas were delicious and we enjoyed them!

To the punk that answered the phone last night around 7:50 I hope you keep that same energy when you’re looking for a new job. If you call this place when your pizza has been in someone’s car for a hour driving around town yes someone is going to be upset. But hanging up on someone saying “that’s not my problem” when a customer that paid and left a tip in advance is completely unprofessional. This place needs some new management And people that actually care. Second time ordering from this place cause it’s 4 minutes away. And both take out and delivery are an absolute joke. While standing there waiting for my food I watched a lady with no gloves make several pizzas and just dipped her hands into absolutely everything! Cross contamination is no worries for this place! Go somewhere else until dominoes decides to do better.

I ordered online twice for a meatezza pizza and added extra toppings. Spent $45 dollars the first time, then ordered again and spent $28. Never got the correct pizza each time, spoke to management and he said that he was going to correct it and send it to me. Never got it!!! When you spend your money, you expecting to get what you paid for. That didn’t happen, haven’t been back to order from them since. This review is for the Domino’s in Dunn, NC.

Next to big cheese pizza, dominoes is my next favorite. Pizzas are good, but I’ve noticed the younger generation just aren’t educated or trained by management to wash their hands. This past Saturday the young lady at the register (who was very nice ) blew and wiped her nose right up front at the register and didn’t bother to wash her hands. . She wasn’t handling food , but just plan old common sense should have told her to wash her HANDS. By the way, I see young people touching their hair, nose and face at most fast foods. Management needs to educate employees!

Whoever is cooking the pizzas tonight, at 8pm on 9/16, that person is awesome. We ordered 3 Pizzas with a bunch of different stuff going on, and they all came out perfect! Possibly the best Dominos Pizzas ever. I didn’t feel like cooking, and whoever is doing the cooking there really nailed it tonight!

My first time placing a pick up order and I specifically placed my order for extra Alfredo sauce and ended up with no sauce on the pizza at all. I consumed two slices hoping the second slice may have sauce and it did not. I examined the rest of the slices and all the others were the same dry. I really love Domino’s it’s my favorite Pizza chain period. Totally disappointed.
