I usually don’t have a problem with is this location we order from them once a week! Well tonight I order pizza for my kids. When the pizza arrived it seemed temper with! My daughter sent me the picture immediately of proof! I called the store immediately to explain the situation they kept putting me hold. Was told to order to fix the issue and send one out they needed the original one but I will take 30 mins or longer to exchange. I explain to them I’m currently at work and bring the pizza in the morning and request a refund she basically like no pizza no refund she was very rude about the whole situation. All I wanted to do was feed my kids!

Called in a delivery order and was not given the specials that were asked for nor did I receive all the food that was ordered. Called the store back and was told we are really sorry but with not resolution or good customer service. Will not use them again! Their mobile app never works and the kids working there have no clue whats going on.

I tried ordering pizza on Dec 5 for delivery first off they said they didn’t have the chicken bacon ranch so I got something different girl took my order not 5 minutes later manager called told me we were out of the delivery range when I get pizza from there all the time told me someone could come pick it up but she in order to take off the delivery fee she had to cancel the order then re ring I asked her if she could make a exception and gave it delivered anyway because the girl that took my order didn’t tell me we were out of range of delivery and the manager said they had just changed it I don’t believe it at all I would not recommend this place

This site (12330 NC 210 Food Lion Plaza Benson) has improved over the last year, and I find myself ordering from them weekly. Food is always fresh. Orders have always been accurate, and the staff they have is great and friendly. Great Job!!!

I ordered 8 pizzas for a birthday party from this location. I called the night before to place the order for pick-up the following day. The order was ready on time, all of the pizzas were hot, fresh, and tasted great! This is the second time I’ve used this location for a large order and both times I was happy with the service and the food.

I called and placed an order over the phone and asked for the specials. When i was given the total it was about $5 more than i was quoted. I asked to speak to the manager to get clarification of the pricing and her response was so do you want the wings or not. It wasn’t I’m sorry for the wrong information or I’ll speak to my employees to make sure they are giving out the right information. These managers and their employees are terrible when it comes to customer service. The first response is get an attitude and take it out on the customer. How do you get an attitude with the customer about the money they’re spending? Good customer service is almost impossible now adays. They delivered my food and didn’t ring the bell or knock on the door. My food was sitting outside for 10 moms. My food was cold. This store needs training real bad!

Ordered through the app and went to pickup my order. Apparently they forgot to make the pizza. They said they would remake it so I said okay. I go back and they forgot to make the wings. At this point it’s over 40 minutes waiting for 1 pizza and 8 wings with like 10 workers in the building ….. very dissatisfied
