The pasta, once a beacon of Italian comfort, arrived burnt and bereft of any redeeming qualities, its charred edges a testament to negligence. It met its fate in the trash, unceremoniously discarded. The salad, a lackluster assembly of greens, could have easily been plucked from the cold aisles of a supermarket, a $3.99 reminder of mediocrity. This meal was a profound disappointment, a stark contrast to what food should represent.

Ordered a Pizza that took over an hour to arrive. I tried calling and nobody but the robots picked up. I was on hold for over 40 minutes. The pizza arrived as if it was in the box fo an hour. Was barely warm and all dried up. Went to site to write a complaint.
They already knew they did me wrong because they had an offer waiting for me to choose from saying that they knew my experience was not what I expected. As if THAT knowledge is supposed to comfort me.

Order was delayed beyond the promised time. When I asked what complimentary items were available, I was told there were none — even red pepper flakes had to be paid for — and the employee laughed loudly. In most pizzerias, basic extras like oil, parmesan, or red pepper are complimentary, so this was surprising and felt unprofessional.

I’ve been coming here for years and never had an issue until today. I had an online order that didn’t show up on their screen due to what seemed like a system problem. Unfortunately, the employee named Dakoda was very rude and showed poor customer service. She looked upset when I explained the situation (which wasn’t my fault), and when my order was ready, she spoke in a high, unfriendly tone. I hope management can address this because the store is usually great!

Made an online order and selected 6:30 PM as the pickup time. When I went into the store, the manger was already in a very angry mode. I don’t want to make her any more pissed so I kindly asked her when the pizza would be ready. She said, “if you want to pick up at 6:30, you should have selected the time as 6 PM on the online order”
I said ok thank you and left to go grocery shopping and came back at 7, because she said it takes half hour more from the pickup time i selected online. Came back at 7 and the pizza was already ready and had been sitting there for a while. The dominos online tracker wasn’t working either. I got no alerts saying the pizza was already ready. The tracker kept saying it couldn’t find my order. The horrible dinosaur era tracker combined with a horrible store manager, meant I was going to eat card board for dinner. I paid for it and swore never to come back to this store again. I have never had this kind of experience in other dominos stores. It was my first time coming here as it was on my way to the grocery store. Never again. I will rather drive 15 extra minutes to get a better experience. I hope dominos sees this and fixes the issues, but I have very high doubts that they care.

Ordered pizzas. Called store 30 minutes in to ask if my pizzas would be delivered got. Was told they would put them back on the warmer until a delivery person came to get them. Already been 45 minutes. No pizza. Can’t imagine what they will be like if I do get them.

Not giving the store itself 5 stars but I’m giving 5 stars to Stephanie! So many places closed for to the weather. Stephanie filled a huge order for local hospital. When I arrived to pick it up she was very courteous and running around handling everything. I asked her where her help was and she kept simply stated “it’s me”. Kudos for all you did to fill our order along with another very large order that day. And to add, the pizza was cooked to perfection and on time!!

Ordered cheese, pepperoni and chicken pizza for my son’s birthday party.
The pepperoni tasted funky and bad. I think they did not use the fresh ingredients. The chicken on chicken pizza was barely there.
This store used to be good, but now I guess this is one to be avoided along with any dominos pizza.

I am writing this again. Had to go there because of no option. Got the wrong order and the manager was very rude for THEIR OWN MISTAKE. Ordered mushroom and pineapple but got pepperoni. My son waited for an hour. Now for any reason I am not going here. Please avoid this place.

Absolute worst experience ordering pizza I have ever had. Took over two hours to receive my order, even though the estimated time was 37 minutes. I called the store numerous times to check on the status and was not able to speak to a human—continued to be placed on hold and nobody ever answered. The pizzas, according to the tracker, were finished cooking by an hour before they were delivered (and I live 10 minutes away). Also emailed the person responding in numerous Google reviews and of course have not heard back.
