I never had an issue until now. Now it’s a huge issue when the Delivery Driver (women)delivered my food to my door. When she came she knocked very hard and loud at my door and left my food on the ground at my door and she left really really quick. This Women was very Rude, Disrespectful and grossly nasty for leaving my food on the ground after I paid $41.33 twice. The first time this same night I ordered $41.33 and my bank said it went through. a girl was taking my order who knows might have been same girl. She stated my card declined three times then ask was it two 4’s I said no one 4 in my card number then finally it went through on my end cause I seen where the money was taken off..The girl say oh it went through then it failed again. ok I take it the girl didn’t know what she was doing. she then hands phone to a guy who discussed situation with his manager (guy)who states they can’t send pizza for that reason that the money be back on card in 30 minutes. so that’s when I used another card for $41.33 then that women brings my food lay it on the ground. I’m no dog. And that Women first letter of her name starts with letter B according to the manager…who had no home training and needs to be fired cause what staff or what women do stuff like that a nasty one. I called manager he stated he was sorry but if he was sorry he would told me come up there tomorrow for monies back and free pizza cause this was low of all low. never seen nothing like this. I will not be ordering from them no more and to top it off they didn’t give me both pizza Parmesan stuffed crust and they didn’t cut the pizza on one of them. only thing I see Sorry is Sorry customer Service by phone and Sorry service. They lucky I had my daughter or I would of got my refund tonight. But now they can refund me my $82.66. because I’m not eating this pizza I’m returning it far as I know she spitted or could did anything to it cause that was just nasty individual. I pray they get new staff better service.

This place seems to have improved greatly in the last 2 years. I had had quite a few bad experiences with this location in the past but this past year I tried it again. Such a great improvement. Not sure what you all did but keep it up and you will earn my continued dollar for sure! Food and service is so much better! Highly recommend this location if you want good pizza fast!

After getting off work around 7:30pm, I was hungry and didn’t want to cook dinner for my son and I. I had a free 2 topping medium pizza in the Domino’s app, so I decided to use it. I got half cheese for my kid and half pepperoni and sausage for me. I placed the order at when I was 15 minutes away at 7:48pm. At 7:57, I received notification from Dominos Tracker that my order was in the oven. I arrived to the store at 8:01pm. My order wasn’t ready yet, per the app, so I waited in the car.
I went inside at 8:05pm and it was ready. Staff was friendly. I checked it and it looked delicious. I got home about 5ish minutes later. The first thing I realized was that it wasn’t cut very well. Fortunately I have a pizza cutter and just cut it myself. My son and I enjoyed the pizza. Successful dinner.

Workers here are on a new level of incompetence. I ordered a pizza and the delivery driver forgot half my order. I had to call back TWICE to make sure they were going to redeliver it , and the worker replied “sorry we forgot”. You’re better off ordering somewhere else.

These were not hot or fresh and hardly any cinnamon. I can tell these have been sitting on the rack… this is unacceptable! The cheese bread however was really good!

My order was ready when I got there so I Checked in on the app. AND CUT MY FLASHERS ON. I had a curbside pick up because I have a knee injury. After being ignored for 10 minutes I went inside and got my order. My pizza was delicious but customer service was poor.

Hands down the most ignorant, rude, and incompetent staff. They lack basic customer service skills, their food and delivery are subpar, and the manager, “Naijah” (not sure that is really his name) lack simple communication abilities. Old food, rude service and nasty atttitudes. Any pizza is better than this place at this point.

I placed an order online yesterday for a medium pan crust pizza with beef, pepperoni, bacon & extra cheese. There was hardly any beef, sauce & no extra cheese. I understand that cooks prepare food differently in the restaurant business, but everyone should be following the same specs. I know because I’ve worked for a pizza chain for 23 years as a general manager. I spent $20 for a medium pizza & it looked like a $5 tostinos pizza.
