I don’t eat domino’s pizza often but wanted something quick. Got large pizza and 8 wings for $17. Not a bad deal at it and it was pretty decent. Got New York pepperoni pizza and barbecue wings. Wings and pizza was actually ok.

They delivered my order to the wrong address and when they redelivered the order was wrong. I called back and asked them to deliver a 3rd time so instead they left me on hold for a half hour until the store closed. They never came back to phone I hung up once I realized they had closed. I reported them to corporate. I ordered a New York style medium pizza and this is what I got instead after they redelivered. This is hand tossed. The person that made it wanted to argue about the pizza. She’s the one that left me on hold and never came back.

If you want to be treated like a paying customer and not a civilian, pick another pizza establishment. I was extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I received today. I ordered dinner for my family from Dominos only because my daughter requested the cinnamon desserts they offer. So, I decided to make get dinner and dessert from this establishment. I selected delivery due to the mushiness of being a mom and sticking to a routine.

However, when I received my order it was incorrect. See picture for what I ordered versus what I received. Therefore, I decided to call and explain the issue. I was offered a remake only if I bought the pizza back that they messed up. This caused me to have to drive to the store to show them the pizza in order for it to be remade. This process defeats the fact that I originally placed an order for delivery. Most times when you want something delivered you don’t want to have to leave your home or wherever you are to get it.

Upon arriving to the store, a young gentleman by the name of Nick/Nic explained that they cut the pizza wrong. They cut the New York style pizza in the same style as the thin crust. So, I assume that it was another thin crust in which I did not order two thin crust pizzas. I am not a pizza connoisseur how would I know? No big deal, thank you for the pizza explanation. After he explained the differences in the crust, I said “thank you because I just had to drive up here leave my children from their nighttime routine to fix something that you all messed up.” He proceeds to laugh in my face. So I asked what was so hilarious. He then stated “you don’t have to guilt trip me, the pizza is being remade.” Talk about rude and distasteful! When I explained to him that his actions were unprofessional, he laughed even more. I am
utterly disgusted and now realize why I haven’t been to Dominos, especially this location, in months!

Furthermore, when I asked to speak to a manager, he proceeded to laugh once more. When I spoke to the manager (a young lady), she nonchalantly explained that my remake was right there as she put the pizza on the counter. in summation, laughing in a customer’s face is disgraceful. This is about more than pizza, it’s about treating people, especially paying customers, respectfully.

I placed an order online tonight and did not receive my order when the app said it had been delivered. I called the store and realized it was delivered to the wrong address. When I first go into the app my correct address is listed. I did not edit any information on my profile except the phone number. I was told there was nothing they could do. I am wondering if someone in the store changed the address.

I walked in to pick up my order and a very sweet young lady Sara was working very hard and still gave great customer service even after all the late night orders. I myself work in fast food so I understand the stress it can cause but she didn’t hesitate to make sure I was satisfied with my order!

Sabrina conved the discussion with a high level of professionalism and offered sincere apologies. However, the management, whose name I believe was Jessica, demonstrated a reluctance to engage in phone conversations to correct the issue and requires substantial improvement in her management capabilities. Prolonged discussions between employees and customers are counterproductive. She should proactively address issues directly and with professionalism. Providing her with additional training in customer service and employee management could significantly improve her management skills and this locations productivity.

Waited an hour for a delivery that was quoted at 25-30 minutes; when I called they said another 10 minutes.
Thought 1) why would I want a pizza that’s been driving around for 45 minutes.
Thought 2) if you don’t have enough drivers quite the actual delivery time

Store is pretty decent , I have waited for my food longer than a reasonable amount of time more than a few times and once I waited 3 hours but usually decent time decent food worth utilizing.

Domino’s offered me a free pizza due to the delivery wasn’t up to THEIR standards.
I refuse their offer. It wasn’t Brian’s fault he had to keep turning around. We had bad weather and I held off as long as possible before placing the order. I’m thankful he arrived safely to my house. I hope he arrived back to to the store safely.
