Ordered Dominos online. Got a message that the pizza was in the oven so I drove to the store. got a message that the pizza was ready and pulled up to the window. Was told to the staff that the pizza was still in the oven and would be 5 minutes. 10 minutes later they hand me this hot mess in a broken box. (Total of 27 minutes for a pickup order on a slow day). I noticed they forgot the drink and the ranch so I asked for that and they got it for me. I took it home and found the nastiest pizza ever created. I had asked for extra sauce but they put 4x the sauce on it to the point it flowed over the pizza and into the box. Then I realized they didn’t provide the icing for the cinnamon bread either.
I tried to leave feedback on the app, and you can see it is broken as well. I guess I can see why.

I placed an order Online for a hotspot and I was sent a text at 7:11 that my order was on the way. So I headed over to the hotspot where I’m picking up the pizza, 30 minutes went by and I called the store and they said that they only have one driver and she was taking the first order and then she has a second order and then my order but it has already been 30 minutes so I’m not sure where she was going with all of the pizza. Anyway, I got another text that said that she entered the neighborhood so I called the store and asked if I should stay or if I should still just drive to the store and they told me that the driver was actually at the store and she was picking up my order but they put a fresh one in the oven for me to come and pick up. So instead of me driving two minutes to pick up my pizza I have to drive 20 minutes to the store to pick up a pizza because they only have one driver who apparently does not know their way around if it’s taking them 40 minutes to deliver one pizza at a time. This is a common issue that I have had with them ordering at the hotspot. I’m not sure if they just are putting hotspots as a low priority or what’s going on. Unfortunately this is the only pizza place in the area so I don’t have many options.
I’m curious to see how poorly they made the pizza due to me calling, I will update with the result of the pizza that I pick up.
Update: sat at the window for 4 minutes before they walked by and saw me at the window. I even backed up and drove over the bell.
They said they were going to remake the pizza but they did not. They gave me a cold hard pizza. I wish I could give them less than one star

By far the worst dominos I’ve ever been to and that says a lot since I get dominos quite often!! My pizza had no seasoning on it at all, my parmesan bites had very little. It must come out of there check. Their service was extremely slow. It took over 20 minutes for our food to be done meanwhile the employees were outside shooting the bull. I will not be back!!!

Order delivery pizza tracker said it was complete and it wasn’t. Called southmont nc store and they said it was on its way and when we finally got it ,it was cold had to heat it because we didn’t want to wait another hour or so to get one. The lady that delivered it didn’t even have it in the hot bag so we won’t be ordering from them again. I wanted extra meat that I payed for but didn’t get it. The last three times we ordered there has been something wrong.

Do not go in and order very expensive …take the time and order online…..even if u are in the parking lot ……….2 pepperoni pizza and 8 boneless chicken $36.00…could have ordered it online for $23.00……big price difference

This is the only location I get pizza at weekly. I use the app and it’s always ready when I arrive and AMAZING quality. The staff really put attention to detail on your orders. I highly recommend this store and it’s employees need a raise immediately for the quality they put out each week!

I normally do not have any complaints about this dominos. Always good service and hot pizza. This time was a lil different. I picked up my pizzas shortly after they were ready. My pizzas weren’t sliced correctly. They were all sliced crooked and very unpurportioned. My garlic bites were cold. I ordered online and did not receive my reward code of 50% off on all pizzas on my next order.

Okay, so I ordered my pizza and they were behind so I was able to watch them make pizzas.
I watched them make pizzas with NO GLOVES on… my wife asked an employee outside why NO ONE had GLOVES on and he said they have been told not to… say what??? Excuse me …. yes, you heard that right!!! No gloves people.
I want to know why in the hell in a restaurant indusrty they are not required to wear gloves. …. and .. I asked for and paid for extra steak on my pizza and didnt get that either.
So service was awful, pizza was not correct and we all gonna get sick cause these people are NOT WEARING GLOVES and then when my wife asked …. they got offended .. this is so gross people….so today its documented for everyone to see .
It was 9pm corporate. My wife will be calling corporate.

i’ve been eating at this dominos for years, primarily delivery but a few pickup orders – it’s up the road from where i grew up. in nearly 20 years of ordering from this dominos, never once have we had an issue. drivers & store employees were always kind, orders never take too long to arrive, the food is always hot and tasty – prices are something we can’t control at this point ♀️ but this store is great. center street is good too
