I ordered pizza for my brother who currently has a broke leg and the driver was driving in the snow, called and said they couldn’t walk it to the door because of the ice conditions, so she left the pizza on the trash bin outside. I called and was told that they can’t make the drivers do anything they don’t want to. So then maybe they shouldn’t be working in certain conditions if they can’t meet customers needs.

I have never experienced the lack of customer service at a Dominoes establishment that I did yesterday. I ordered a pizza and was given the option at the counter to coupon it to have a pizza and a drink for a cheaper price, so I said yes. Apparently the coupon didn’t work, and the employees accused me that my card didn’t go through (even though the screen said approved and I showed them my bank statement to which they pointed out that the transaction said pending, which is what a transaction does before it’s posted the next business day). Their solution was for me to pay for the pizza twice. Even when the employees realized that it was their machines mistake, there was no apology and honestly just completely rude -they barely acknowledged me in the whole situation and just talked to one another. At that point, after 10 minutes of this interaction I asked for a refund. Would not recommend this Dominoes to anyone.

Didn’t even get the correct crust I ordered this was supposed to be Brooklyn style crust . The crust was super thin and soggy like they threw topping on the cardboard box and handed it to me. the bottom of the pizza stuck to the box and the crust was so soggy that when you tried to pull the pizza apart it ripped in half. I am highly unsatisfied with the outcome of this pizza. I’ve never been so disappointed with a pizza before in my life but this one did it for me.

Won’t ever be ordering from them again. The manager laughed and scoffed at us. He sounded as if he was drunk and high.. belligerently intoxicated. The delivery driver drove past my house twice and allowed me to pull my pizza out the delivery bag on my own. Mind you it’s supposed to be no contact COVID 19. The entire team was very incompetent and didn’t know how to handle a stressful situation they allowed to go out the door for the community they live in eat.. this was poor service I DONT LIKE DOMINOS WHAT SO EVER ANYMORE! Doughy dough not cooked completely, toppings falling off.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star I ordered a pizza lastnight close to closing time they where late delivering it and left it on my porch I came out to ants everywhere all in the pizza they took my money didn’t give it back or reimburse me with a pizza just nothing the lady manager there was nasty with me the general manager there hung up in my face I asked for corporates number they won’t even give it to me 0 stars wouldn’t recommend to anyone #Yikes

I understand forgetting a ranch cup every now and then. I can even understand delivery running behind. What I don’t understand is how they completely forget to put the sauce on the tots when it is part of the meal. It’s like then not putting sauce on pizza. This is the second time too from this location. There is no point in even calling the store about the issue. I called the first time it happened and they said they would send the order out correctly and it never showed up.

Always nice to have a solid Dominos nearby when you have a craving and don’t want to spend 30 bucks for one pie at a local spot. Fast and hot on what looked like a busy Saturday night so we had no complaints. Well done pan and Brooklyn style are our go tos, I’m sure you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu; seems like it’s really well run.

I’m pulling on the door all workers are doing stuff but just staring at me trying to enter the store an the door locked. I ended up calling and same thing I basically said I just order an trying to pick up an pay but door lock they said they didn’t know but I’m like come on. Haven’t checked pizzas to see if correct I hope they are but this was my main thing. Then waiting on my receipt I’m just standing there smh.
