I went to this location last week and never got my order. I placed an order online and went to pick it up and my order was not even started. I went ahead and paid for my pizza and was told that my order would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I agreed to wait so I went out to my car. When I came back in my order still hadn’t even been started. At this point I’m upset and frustrated. Me and the employees exchange words and she refunds my money. I go home and carry on with my night. I wake up to a text message the next morning. First of all why are you an employee texting my number after work hours. Second, what other information of mines do you have. At this point I’m nervous everyday because I don’t know what all this person has on me and I don’t even know her name. My third issue is that I spoke to the store manager but still haven’t heard anything from anyone else at this point.

Didn’t even get the correct crust I ordered this was supposed to be Brooklyn style crust . The crust was super thin and soggy like they threw topping on the cardboard box and handed it to me. the bottom of the pizza stuck to the box and the crust was so soggy that when you tried to pull the pizza apart it ripped in half. I am highly unsatisfied with the outcome of this pizza. I’ve never been so disappointed with a pizza before in my life but this one did it for me.

Won’t ever be ordering from them again. The manager laughed and scoffed at us. He sounded as if he was drunk and high.. belligerently intoxicated. The delivery driver drove past my house twice and allowed me to pull my pizza out the delivery bag on my own. Mind you it’s supposed to be no contact COVID 19. The entire team was very incompetent and didn’t know how to handle a stressful situation they allowed to go out the door for the community they live in eat.. this was poor service I DONT LIKE DOMINOS WHAT SO EVER ANYMORE! Doughy dough not cooked completely, toppings falling off.

I placed an order and it was delivered at the wrong address. I called back when I noticed that on the app that my order had been delivered and the supervisor or whoever answered the phone said that she would call my phone when the order would do you resent. I waited about 35 minutes and nothing. I called back to the store and I was told that my order was delivered to the wrong address again. The manager or whoever answered the phone said that she called my phone which she didn’t because I didn’t have any missed calls and plus I waited outside the whole time for the for the delivery driver. I asked for a refund and I was told that it would be back on my card within a couple of days. Next time I’ll just pick it up myself. They are sorry.

I’ve ordered for this place multiple times and it was always great. I’m not sure what’s changed lately but the last couple times I’ve ordered they some how can’t make it to my address. I left light on and left instructions on where to place order and money was and somehow the driver still couldn’t find the house when I am 3 mins away. When called to get it resolved because I was still hungry and wanted my food the manager was no help.
