So as I stand here waiting for my pizza to be finished cooking, just a gentleman come in the Domino’s uniform walk behind the counter high 5 a worker they’re hand a bare hand and the working proceeds to spread out though with the same bare hand. Also witnessed a young lady bring a big tub of dough out from the cooler and then begin to spread the dough out by hand. Haven’t seen one person wearing a glove or washing any hands. Glad they’re not too far from the hospital. Domino’s, at some point I know the health department’s going to catch you.

I have to tell you I did Domino’s for pickup for my grandson’s birthday. Really great service in the store. And later on in the day we ordered Domino’s for delivery and as always they came through and it was really good. I don’t know what it is about the Pacific vegetable thin crust pizza that is like. Oh my gosh chef kiss! My other family member is really like the barbecue chicken, and then the buffalo chicken pizzas so it’s nice to get the smaller pizzas that way. Then you can get more variety.

We ordered a pizza with a thin crust and they made it with regular crust. So they made a new pizza with the right crust and I asked if we could buy the regular crust pizza at a discount cause they was just going to throw it out. Yes they did.
Another time, I went into this Dominos and asked if they had any pizzas that were made wrong that I had heard that they were giving them to the homeless. My girlfriend had just gotten out of the hospital with a cancer diagnosis and a friend was also with us and we were all 3 homeless. The girl at the counter said they didn’t have any mistake pizzas but just wait a few minutes…… So I waited for a few minutes and they blessed us with a pizza. We were so hungry, we had not eaten all day and night before. I am so grateful for places like this store that is more about being human than making money.

We had placed a door dash order and it had shown “heading to you” … well it had shown this for the past 25-30 min…we live 10 min away but didn’t want to drive to pick up the order since we are having a wine night and obviously don’t wanna drive under the influence of alcohol…so we door dashed. I call The store and ask if they were heading our way and told the employee i wasn’t sure if they already were bc normally on the app you can track how close they are but they haven’t left the store yet…(at least on my end that’s what it was showing) it had said this for the past 25-30 min. The employee asks what my total was and i told him….he had already had a bad attitude from the start. I told him I wasn’t sure if it was just the app or if they were already ACTUALLY on the way and he continued to have an attitude and said that they were headed this way so I said “okay I was just curious because it’s been that way for the past 25 minutes” And he then said that they were busy (with an attitude STILL) and I said “okay thank you”…mid way through talking he just hangs up the phone…our order eventually arrives and the delivery driver was very very nice! However the person on the phone was absolutely NOT.

I was in the lobby waiting for my order to finish up. While waiting i witnessed a taller man with long dark facial hair(possibly a manager) yelling at an older woman with glasses and dark hair. He was very vulgar and rude. He told her she was moving like a slug and continued to yell and cuss at her. This woman was doing nothing wrong, as far as I could tell she was working. If this is how the employees are being treated I will no longer be spending my money here.

Worst customer service experience I can remember, and worst pizza I’ve ever tasted.
I ordered a pizza online yesterday. After about an hour and a half, I tried to call to get a refund and to cancel the order. When I called, no one would pick up the phone. I was on hold for NINE minutes. After nine minutes on hold, a lady finally answered. I told her I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund, and she just hung up on me.
The pizza arrived, and since they refused a refund, I decided to accept the order. It was not even edible. It was cold (which I guess is to be expected when it’s “out for delivery” for an hour and fifteen minutes), but it also had hair in it on the very first slice. I could not finish the pizza, and had to throw it away it was so disgusting.

We asked for our pizza to be lightly cooked it was not it was overcooked there was an employee vaping in the store and also they were handling their cell phones I do not recommend ordering food from this place

Id put negative but cant for counter guy and coming inside. I work in retail so… The music is so loud the guy at counter cant hear. I listen to offensive music and this is upsetting me. This is just awful. Its not for the public. If my kids were with me. It would be. Give me refund and I’m gone. Someone needs to address this. Im not a “karen” so if I’m complaining. Ita bad. Not wanting come back in here
