Quick turn around. Ordered online, paid just as the last pizza was being boxed. GREAT coupon – $6.99 for 2 x 2-Topping Large pizzas. So, I made it into 4… 1/2 Pep+Chs | 1/2 Beef+Jal and the other one is 1/2 Pep+Pineapple | 1/2 Beef+Banana Peppers.
Greeted as soon as the door opened. They stepped off the line, cleaned up and took my payment. Can’t ask for a cleaner spot, hand-washing, and friendly service.

Tonight we ordered two pizzas and a order of garlic bread twist. The garlic bread twist are supposed to have butter and garlic on them. Well ours did not. So we call and let them know that the garlic twist were plain. Guy answers the phone, my husband explains the whole situation, young man on the phone proceeded to tell my husband that there is nothing we can do about it. Well by now I’m call them back. Im more mad at the customer service part of the situation than the garlic twist not being right.
So I get on the phone and ask for the managers name and the employees name and told them that I was calling head quarters in the morning. Realized I didn’t need their names because they have a schedule with their names on it and headquarters can find out who these two were. All this guy had to do is say is that he was sorry and sent us new garlic twist. It’s that simple. When you pay for something don’t you want what you pay for? If I could show a photo of them I would.

Drove 35 minutes (both ways) for my order and they decided to close over 1 hour early due to imclement weather and would not let me in to pick up my pizza. I was told that they would NOT close early and that I had plently of time.

We ordered carside pickup and the order was ready, hot and fresh, and delicious. When we got home one pizza was wrong so I called them. The person that answered the phone, Clarissa, said she would remake our pizza and offered free cinnamon twists with apple dip. I was very surprised! It looks delicious! I found out half of the mistake was our fault and told her so, she said it was fine and not to worry. Her attitude was fantastic! She was professional and friendly! Everything was yummy!

Ordered on line for pickup. They had no record. Had ordered a 9.99 special with most of everything. Ordered again in restaurant, billed 18.00 plus and got a pizza with no veg, at all, only meat and cheese, not even tomato sauce. One of two worst pizza, I have ever had..

I ordered delivery tonight and got a free pizza because I’m a member and had the necessary amount of points.. upon delivery I noticed a piece of the crust had been bitten or torn off . I’m hoping that’s not the case and something just had to happen in the making process, either way there couldn’t have been a “quality check” before it was delivered to me because I wouldn’t have gotten this .

Do not order delivery from here. I ordered for the first time a few months ago and several items were missing, called them back, they said they would bring the missing items and no one ever showed back up.
I ordered again tonight thinking maybe the first time was just a fluke – nope. Order took twice as long to arrive and it was completely the wrong order! I had the receipt to someone else’s order too!
The delivery driver in a black prius also just dropped the stuff off and scurried off – and I DID NOT choose the “leave it at my door” option. I double checked to make sure to select the hand to me option so I could ensure my order was correct this time.
I wouldn’t be as upset usually but this was an almost $80 order.
