They offer curbside pickup but don’t actually bring it to you. Waited 10 minutes before I finally went inside. This was on a Wednesday with 3 cars waiting, and I could see if it was an off day but this is the second time this has happened.

Ordered pizza, sandwich, pasta, and salad. Got home and realized the salad was mostly brown and nasty and the chicken Alfredo was like 3 bites of food. Called to tell the manager and he was rude. Just said “bring the salad back and we will give you another one.” Didn’t say anything about the pasta. Didn’t offer us a coupon or anything just here ya go see ya later. My family and I have been coming here for years and this is the worst ive seen it. It’s getting to the point where we will just do all of our meals at home. Its safer, cheaper, and less of a headache. Just my 2 cents.

Called in order of 2 pizzas, thin crust- double pepperoni and a hand tossed 2 item pizza plus 1 topping – pepperoni, It.sausage and extra cheese – arrived for pickup, the monitor says my order is ready and they have me waiting because one of the pies did not get made. After waiting 15 minutes, was handed my order and I left, to get home and find out the pizza that was ready when I got there was wrong and the one I waited on was scorched. The front counter female offered a 20oz. soda for my wait, before I left. I think I deserve my money back after what I saw at home.

My pizza was terribly made. I called back and they said they would only bring me a new one if they took the original pizza back (which doesn’t make sense because you can’t resell it smh) plus I had already thrown it in the trash. I took a picture before throwing it out and said I could show it to the delivery driver but she said no and made me text the picture to somebody’s number. That’s shouldn’t even be a thing. Sauce was piled up on parts of it and the pepperoni wasn’t even really on the pizza! An hour later still no replacement pizza so I called and they said they didn’t have delivery drivers. Asked for a refund because I don’t even want a new one at this point.

I’ve probably ordered pizza here a thousand times, and a couple dozen I’ve ordered their Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. Today was the first time they got my order wrong — shipping a box with cheesy bread bites instead of the sandwich. I called on the phone and while I did initially get an AI answering service it very promptly forwarded me to actual humans who were very polite and offered their apologies as well as offered to either fix the order or get me a credit for next time. Given how rare it is that I have such issues with this place in the first place, that’s exactly the response I want. I should also mention that they’ve not once ignored my instruction to leave the tomato sauce off the pizza — tomatoes give me migraines — whereas other pizza places seem to screw that up more often than not.
