Ordered delivery for a New York style pizza and garlic knots.
I know food never looks like the commercial but this was a total let down.
According to the pizza tracker my food was cooked immediately but then it was under “quality check” for 40 minutes before it left the store to be delivered. When the pizza arrived it was not stringy cheesy, it had a stale taste, and had burnt pepperonis on it. I really think it was an old pizza that was rewarmed. The only thing that was worth my money was the garlic bread knots.

Dominos Pizza on Country Club Rd. in Winston Salem is always consistently delicious. Every staff member I’ve ever had contact with have the best customer service, positive attitudes and thank me for my purchase every time. I’ve had food from this location since I moved here 6 years ago and they never disappoint. I will continue to order from this location and I highly recommend them to others.

Each of the associates whom I have dealt with at the Country Club Road location in Winston-Salem, are always very helpful and upbeat and treat me like they have known me forever. The team at this location has always gone above and beyond. And it’s for that reason that I drive out of my way to pick up from this store since I am out of their delivery area, and I don’t mind the drive at all the service and the food is always on point…. 5 stars for sure.

This is our go-to for quick take out. It’s great to have a franchise just a few minutes away.
Our food has been good almost all of the time – there is a bit of a tendency to burn the gluten-free crust or thin pizzas but overall their quality has been consistent.
Everyone has preferences but we enjoy Domino’s more than other take out pizzas. They continually have coupons and special offers that are great values and their points system rewards regular customers.
While the local franchise has been good, we’ve learned to pretty much ignore the online tracker as it rarely works and proves to be accurate. The e-mail confirmation of order and pick-up time is very accurate.
Can’t speak to the delivery side, we always pick up our order.

I used to make fun of Domino’s Pizza. However, in the last few years as they have changed their menu, they’re ordering process, their app, their rewards program, and their process, they have won me over. They make a decent piece of pizza, have amazing herb covered crust, great wings, salads, drinks, and desserts. Check out their app for coupons and savings and even earn a free pizza. No dine in at this location, but they have ♿ handicap accessible parking.

Actually went to this location to order and pickup. I was advised, “your pizzas will be ready in about 13 minutes.” I asked if I could wait and was told I could sit in the seats provided near the front window. About 10 minutes after paying for my order, two large pizzas were placed under the warmer, boxed and ticketed. [Caveat: as a college student I worked at Domino’s for almost two years, in St. Louis, MO, and recall most processes from that experience] About 17 minutes after placing my order, I asked one of the staff about my order. “Did you call it in? Order online?” No, I had not…I ordered here in the store and am wondering why it’s taking so long. I pointed to the two large pizzas under the warmer, “what are those?”
The counter person checked and, surprise-surprise, these were my pizzas…now sitting getting cold and dry. “Oh! These are your pizzas, sir. I’m so sorry.”
I took the pizzas and headed for my car. Something inside didn’t feel right, and after putting the pizzas in my car, I walked back into the store and asked for the manager, who took far too long to decide he would speak with me. I told him what had happened and he stared at me as if to say, “so what?” I said, “you know, if I were you, I would be so embarrassed at this failure to properly address a screwup that I would fire myself. You have not only lost a customer, today, I will never do business with your company, again.” Honestly, had any of them but offered to make good on their foul up by buying my next pizza, offered an order of another entree item, …just about anything to demonstrate they gave a damn, I might have forgone this review. But, they did
not. Just blinked, stared, and turned their backs. Guess what, Domino’s? I have more than 3000 reviews and almost two million views of my comments and review photographs. I am ranked amongst the top 10% of restaurant reviewers, nationwide. Oops.

good food, it’s all fresh and what not – but their delivery could be way better. it seems as if they just rapidly skip to where it says quality check, rather than actually going through the whole process. consistently, I’ve had my food arrive cold/lukewarm and one time up to 2-ish hours late. I understand being understaffed, but perhaps consider not doing delivery if you don’t have the full staff for it.
