A HUGE THANK YOU to the GM at Yadkinville Rd, Domino’s Pizza from the Forsyth County Dem Party 909 Precinct!!!! They had our order of 25 pies and also donated brownie pies so that we could give the faculty and staff at Old Town Elementary School a Pizza Lunch. They had the pizzas all ready to go and helped us load the car. Super kind workers. Everything was fresh and was delicious! Great experience from start to finish!!!!

I’ve definitely had my fair share of Domino’s over the years. I’ve probably picked up or had delivery from at least a dozen locations across NC and this one has always been the most consistent when it comes to good customer service and product preparation.

Love ordering from here, but after today it makes me not want to at all anymore! The lady’s were freaking amazing but a tall black male, older man, maybe in his late 40s was staring at me and was very rude to us walking in. He threw our drinks in a bag. Similar experience to a recent review. Ordered 5 pizzas and some other items. My teenager picked up the order and brought home. We realized only 4 pizzas were given to her not 5. Called the store… impossible to get a hold of them 30 minutes plus, when finally did the lady my wife talked to was extremely rude, basically stating we were lying an stated “whatever i will give you a free pizza.” (How nice of her to give us a “free” pizza that we paid for). Then said you can wait an hour for it or we can credit you, at this point we wanted our credit. Nothing to compensate us for our time to do business with them and for their mistake. As of this writing we are still waiting for our credit 3 business days later… not holding my breath. Won’t be doing business with Domino’s again, definitely not this location.

The manager of this establishment needs to find new employment elsewhere because customer service and managing are not her strongsuit. We placed an order for 3 pizzas for delivery. We only received 2. My son called and was told it would be over an hour because other orders were placed. When he replied that the mistake is on their part and waiting over an hour for a pizza we ordered an hour ago was unacceptable. She replied with “you won’t be getting anything tonight.” And hung up. When we heard this, we called back several times and each time we were hung up on before talking to anyone. We finally got in touch with the store (after being hung up on 3 times) the manager had the worst attitude I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant. I get it’s domino’s but it is absolutely unacceptable to be spoken to with such disrespect especially after a mistake was made on their part. She once again hung up on us after a 30 second phone call. So we paid for a pizza we never received because she refused to send another one or offer a refund. The whole management system needs an overhaul because it’s a complete disaster.

Every time I’ve ordered pizza from here it is so fast and still hot. The drivers are quick and really nice. I switched to this dominos even though I already had a favorite dominos and I haven’t been disappointed yet!

Ordered through the Domino’s app. Had to wait 20+ minutes longer than estimated time as they were busy. Got home with my order and realized they left out some of the items. The food I did receive was honestly pretty gross. The chicken wings were inedible and the pepperoni on the pizza tasted old. Domino’s used to be decent but the quality seems to have drastically gone down.

Update 5/5/2025 – They seemed to have straightened things out a bit. Just being fair. The newer folks have me ordering again.
A regular at this location for over a decade. Something changed.
Last week, they incorrectly made 2 pizzas. Today, the same thing happened, even with a call ahead (both times) to ensure they didn’t miss the extra sauce request. The pizzas were once again wrong and the two associates there were exceptionally argumentative.
I simply inspected the pizzas and informed them that they were incorrect and referenced the call-ahead, and boy did that start the argument. It went hood really fast. It escalated when I asked about the person who made my pizza named on the online tracker. They took great offense to that for some reason. They were both girding for an altercation. I won’t say any more, but I am saddened to say that this location is now off-limits forever and I won’t be returning. The new management there is horrendous.
