Avoid this place! I attempted to order online delivery to the hotel literally around the corner, only because I am alone with 3 small children and didn’t want to leave the kids in the car to pick up carryout. The website would not let me order for hotel delivery, so I tried to call 3 times, no answer. That should have been my clue. Instead, I put in a doordash order. An hour went by and it kept saying “preparing your order,” but never assigned it to a dasher. The time for delivery consisently said 2 minutes from the current time but it just went on and on. I again attempted to call multiple times to see if they were actually making it, while hungry kids are waiting with no idea if we were going to get dinner. I canceled the order at an hour and 10 minutes and ordered Pizza hut, then lo and behold a dominos employee showed up at the hotel? The order was missing all the sauces, the pizza was terrible and the cheese inside the cheesy bread wasn’t even melted, so I didn’t feel any guilt about my refund. The Pizza Hut order arrived 10 minutes later, hot and delicious.

I’m an OTR Trucker. We broke down and had to pull into Davie County I-40 E Rest Stop. We called every place within 15miles and could not get DoorDash or Delivery to get food. We being on 9 hour hold can’t leave Semi truck and trailer, and this is the only place that cared enough to make an attempt for us.
We sincerely appreciate GM Heather and Ethan for being the ONLY Delivery to care enough to help a couple stranded truckers out.

My husband has order from this store the last 4 times and every time the drivers go to the wrong address! By the time we receive our orders they are cold! When we have called they have been rude and disrespectful! Tell us to wait 10 more minutes??? Like no when we ordered on the app it says 25-30 minutes for delivery we are not going to wait over an hour and then tell us 10 more minutes! This is unacceptable and we will not give anymore money to this store! We will take our business to Papa John’s!! My husband drove to the store because the tracker kept updating and the time for delivery was updating longer times every couple minutes. When he got to the store the front end employees refused to let him speak to a manager and a boy named Eli canceled the order and never apologized never tried to make anything right just walked off and continued to load pizzas in a car out front. This is very unprofessional behavior by the employees to be trained this way! This place definitely needs better management. After reading these reviews they are loosing serious business over the last few months. Corporate management needs to step in and fix this store before they close this store! They will not get our business anymore by no means! Everyone read these reviews save your money and go to papa John’s! Make the extra few minute driver for better service and quality pizza! Our food at Papa John’s was steaming hot and cooked just right ! Please don’t give this lousy dominos your hard earned money because they definitely don’t appreciate your business!

I ordered a pizza online Friday September 26 at approximately 6:00 PM. This was from Dominoes at 100 Yadkinville Valley Road. The pizza tracker said it would be ready in approximately 20 minutes. About 25 minutes later I received a text saying my pizza was ready. Walked in the store and according to their pizza tracker it was ready. When I told them I was there I was informed they were running a little behind. After a 30 minute wait I asked about it again. I was told again “we’re running a little behind”. I asked how much longer it would be. I was then told that they didn’t have my pizza. They had to remake it. After ordering online and being informed the pizza was ready I stood in the store over an hour waiting on my pizza. If I hadn’t already paid for it I would have walked out.

Honestly I’ve never had any issues from this location over the years…but the last 2 times Ive ordered my pizzas have come with all toppings dumped in the middle? So basically you are just eating sauced crust and the middle of your pizza falls apart because the cheese is all in the middle…Really disappointed I want pizza not just crust. Hope this improves soon because I really have always loved Domino’s pizza.

This store is located in the shopping center beside Lowes Food and is easily accessible from both East and Westbound Interstate 40 and East and Westbound US 158 by using Northbound NC 801. I have never had a problem with an order being made wrong, the food not being ready on time, the food not tasting good and have always been greeted by cheerful, courteous, and friendly employees when I arrive to pick up my takeout orders.

This location should just close their doors. The last 3 times I’ve tried to get pizzas delivered we have had to just cancel. The app. Will tell you 30 to 45 min but that time doesn’t even come close to being right. When you try calling to the store to find out what the problem is the phone is busy. Finally after several minutes and calling repeatedly someone will answer. Then you find out it hasn’t even been prepared yet and it’s been over an hour since you placed the order. If you are so busy you fill the order just let us know right away instead of letting people think the order will be delivered within 45 min. So now I’ll not try again I’ll go to Papa John’s and pick it up myself. 3 STRIKES, You’re OUT!!!

Ordered delivery for our family for supper. Pizza came and was burnt and crust rock hard. I tried calling multiple times, then drove to the location personally. When I arrived there was zero concern about the phones being silenced (I called while standing at the counter), they asked if I wanted my pizza remade but offered no complimentary side or service to compensate for me having to come to the store and fix the problem. After receiving the newly remade pizza, I asked if there was a manger on shift, to which I was told, “We all are pretty much managers” I explained that I was very frustrated with the experience and that simply remaking the pizza was not a professional or acceptable resolution, to which the employee only replied, “I understand” I asked if they even cared that the phone lines were either silenced or not working and received a collective shrug from anyone who was listening any more. To be fair, we have ordered before without many issues (occasionally wrong toppings) but the experience and response I received when having an actual problem was abysmal.
