My girlfriend & I both had a grueling day of hard work, and neither of us was in the mood to cook us dinner when we finally got home.
So we decided to order from the Domino’s in Romney, WV… It was 30 minutes before they closed when I placed our carry out order for a large, 5 topping pizza & bread bites.
Zachary made our food & just let me say… He did an amazing job! I ordered extra of every topping, as well as extra sauce & cheese… He topped the pizza perfectly, and it was baked to perfection really.
On top of that, it was nearly their closing time when we arrived to pick up the food. We were treated with extreme kindness, absolutely top notch customer service.
Our food was piping hot & fresh even after we returned home to eat it. Certainly great experience for us, so much so that we wanted to ensure we gave them a 5-star review!
Great meal, great service, great all around pizza getting experience! Highly recommend this Domino’s Pizza if you’re in Romney, WV & crave some pizza!

Every single time, the pizzas are soggy and prepared terribly. The toppings slide right off so you’re left with a mushy pizza slice husk and a pile of mush and toppings. The completely uneducated employees acknowledge the problem and say and I quote verbatim “It’s the grease from the vegetables.” All one can do at this point is shake their head and make the 50 minute drive to the Petersburg Pizza Hut.

I’ve been to a lot of Dominos all over the country. Recently I have been disappointed every time I order from one. This Dominos has restored my faith. Every time I order a pizza it’s AWESOME. They load on the toppings and they don’t ever forget to add the garlic stuff on the crust. If they are out of a topping they call me and make it right. They usually have it ready very quickly, Pick up is a breeze, and the couple times I had them deliver they were crazy fast. Keep up the great work yall.

I had an order scheduled to be picked up at 7:15pm. However, my shift at work did not go as expected and I had to stay two hours over. Domino’s not only kept my order, but REMADE my entire order so it was fresh for pick up. Delicious as always.

I’m absolutely shocked. The pizza was delicious. I never thought Domino’s had good pizza. Yes they do The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is clean. All the toppings were fresh. We will be frequently visiting this Domino’s!

Our family lives in rural Augusta West Virginia. The nearest Domino’s is located in Romney WV. So today my husband headed out to that location to order and pick up dinner from there. So half way there he pulls into the Food Lion on US 50 to call and place our order. He’s told on the phone it will be ready in about 25 minutes. Which is about the same drive time to get to that Domino’s location. He gets there and waits additional 20 minutes. He ask what’s taking so long with our order? The response he’s given is they are short staff and it will be another 90 minutes before we may get our food. Mean while there are other customers also there waiting for over an hour. This is truly ridiculous and seems to be a weekly thing with this location. They need to start offering a living wage along with bonus insetives To help keep worker motivated in wanting to be at that location. The Corp. Office needs to fix the ongoing problems or just shut down that location all together. Keeping it as it’s currently running is damaging the Domino’s brand.

Stopped into Dominos in Romney and when I fot inside to grab my order it was hotter inside then outside and it was 93 degrees outside. These poor employees are forced to work in a building with no air conditioning. Oven baking 100s of pizzas making it even hotter. There is absolutely no excuse whatsoever for a company as big as Domino’s to have their employees working with no air conditioning and it had been down for a few days from what I was told. Shame on you dominos!! I’m not sure how those poor girls didn’t have a heat stroke I don’t even know how they were working like that. I felt ill after being in there for 5 or 10 minutes waiting for my pizza I can’t imagine working in 8 hours shift

So it’s 630 at night they say they don’t close until 10 pm 3 ladies sitting on there butt’s refusing service to customers and a 3 year old they now turned the sign to close .
