The only thing I have an issue with is that where we live (BMHP BEV) they don’t deliver according to the website and mobile app. We are supposed to put it in the instructions for “delivery” but can’t. Usually call in they fix it and go on, nice and friendly. I got cheated cheesy bread once called to fix it and to get charged extra from then on for changing directions $4.95 or so. BTW never got my cheesy bread either.

Roger the Manager was a real jerk and the app is a nightmare. I spent an hour and a half trying to order when I got a free pizza. Won’t do that again. Food is usually good though

Was a Papa John’s fan until the service and delivery went downhill. Changed to Dominos and will never go back! Amazing service and quick delivery! Also Melanie is a superstar! So grateful to have a place that delivers and has amazing customer service. You will not regret ordering from here!

Drivers must be on pills or something, the last couple times I’ve ordered I’ve gotten calls that the employees need directions to my house when it’s easily accessible with any GPS software and as a non local it’s hard to provide directions they can understand, especially when they seem so extraordinarily dazed. The pizza isn’t bad for a chain but this location has serious issues with their drivers. Get carry out and save yourself the hassle

The Domino’s on Beverly 5 Lane is where I order from and the folks there have helped me with the issue that I have using the Domino’s app which is as follows: when I use the app to place my online order under the saved primary address is my address of course however when I tap on it it says that Domino’s does not deliver to that current location which is 100% false, so the past 3x that I’ve ordered I’ve not been able to collect my rewards points, along with the inconvenience of having to place my order through the app, but choosing carry out rather then delivery, bc that’s my only option if I want the order to go through, and then calling to explain this situation to the people at Dominos and make sure they manually change my order to delivery in which they did do, and I certainly appreciated that. So my complaint is def not with the people at Dominos bc they always have and do not only treat me great but my food is always delicious and made correctly. My issue is with the app. Its robbed me of atleast 100 points if not more and thats alot to me and I take my rewards points very seriously with all rewards systems I’m apart of, in fact in many cases the reason I choose to order from Domino’s rather then Ginos for example is simply only bc of the fact that I receive rewards that I can than apply later to receive free or discounted payment on my next order. Can you please give me my earned rewards points and fix this issue??

I called to have my order ready earlier and I show up and tell the lady on the counter that I called and she’s says “ oh did ya?” And turns around. Then she tells me they’re just starting my pizzas 15 mins after they were supposed to be ready. Not to mention her and the cooks are smiling about it like it’s funny. Definitely spending my money somewhere else. Worst experience trying to get pizza ever!!!!!!
