Didn’t put bacon on my tomato BACON chicken. Also shorted most ingredients on my pizza especially shorted the 2 I hit extra on. I contacted Domino’s and was told I’d be contacted by a manager but never was. Comes off as petty to me.

I gave them a 2 bc this is the first time I have experienced this from them in the couple of years we have been here. However I called to order tonight instead of ordering online as usual so maybe that’s why. The guy who answered seemed very rushed and inconvenienced that I called in my order. My internet isn’t working right and it wouldn’t load the menu. Every question I asked was met with an exasperates sigh. I wanted the 6.99 delivery deal and have ended up paying $21 for 2 pizzas and then was informed that was my subtotal BEFORE my tip to the driver. To be honest the driver got LESS because of the attitude from the gentleman on the phone. I’ll not call to order again and will go to another restaurant if my internet isn’t working. If for no other reason than to not have to deal with the disrespect you get over the phone.

Decent pizza most of the time. Made me mad just now. We spend literally hundreds there some months yet for our recent order required we use a debit card because the order was over $50. It was $55.87. I’ll still tip well cause I’m not a jerk. Next issue I have, I’ll start calling in our orders from now on.

Good service, friendly employees…they get the order perfect almost always!!! The only humble suggestion I would have is to be more generous with toppings but I understand the employees have to follow portion control , and it would be up to the franchise to decide on a more generous portion. All in all, I am very impressed with our local store, and order there much more than my waistline should allow. Thank you!

I’ve used Domino’s in St. Marys for delivery to both work and home many times. Wonderful delivery drivers, managers are super sweet, any mistakes (very few) have always been graciously fixed. Extra covid precautions now being taken as well. Thank you for helping feed my crew!
