Tonight we ordered a Meatxxa pizza. Along with multiple other things. A plain cheese pizza came instead of our Meatzza. Called them and before I could get a jacket on and out to he driveway they were pulling in with a perfectly fresh straight out of the oven Meatzza pizza no questions ask !!! THATS HOW YOU DO IT !! The best Dominos pizza around !!! Thank you Dominos pizza of Daniel’s WV !!

My wife and I agree is is the best pizza we have had in years. We travel a good bit and try all kinds of pizza. This Domins is amazing! We only hope when we get home our local one is even half this good. Tha staff was amazing and friendly. The place was very clean and the prices were great. Try it if your in the area or staying at Glade Springs Resort. They could literally move this Domino’s to the resort and it would improve the resort.

I used to eat at Domino’s at least once a week that was years ago now I barely eat it at all. I used to call in my order, never a problem. Last year I tried to call and nobody ever answered so I just never went back. The other day I wanted something close to the house so I went there. When I walked in I stood there for 5 minutes the workers knowing I was there didn’t care the phone was ringing ringing ringing and nobody answered. One of the guys was sweeping the floor and he told the female worker there that she had a customer, she said literally said, “they’ll keep calling, they’ll call back”. So I ring the bell again, wait another few minutes. And finally I could pick up my order. She also claimed she couldn’t hear me, that’s fine, she could have said that to my face and asked me to repeat myself, she didn’t. She told her co-workers after walking off from me, “I don’t know, I couldn’t hear what she said”… It’s very sad to see younger generations working these days because they really don’t care how they treat customers and they really don’t care to get anything wrong or right.

Dominos in Daniels WV. Deep dish pizza bottom of crust was saturated in oil. Soggy and disgusting. My whole mouth is saturated in oil after one bite. My child loves pizza but after one bite he refused to eat it and said it tasted gross. Took back to them and Jonathan said they all look like that. No they don’t. I always buy the deep dish and this was the first time it looked and tasted like this. He offered to remake it and I said no. He refused a refund Ticket was voided after he called the GM. I will NEVER go back!

Safety enforced on their part entire trans action, wearing masks, gloves, and barrier set to space the customer and employee 6 ft apart, along with a plexiglass sneeze gaurd stand set up in front of the register, 15 minutes beginning to end I was out and on my way back home with a great pizza, and no social distancing got violated as I waited in my car til my order was finished, recommended safe place to eat! Pizza was actually one the best orders I’ve ever had at that location, good work dominos!✔️

Ordered my pizza and was accidently delivered to incorrect house – mistakes can happen due to poorly numbered housing in my area.
But called them and they made it right and delivered it in less then 20 minutes.

I called in to let Morgan We need to let wirkers know when we get good service, not just negative ratings!!!;(he made it). He did a excellent job on making pizza, he was very nice to my husband when he picked up pizza price of pizza was super ( ordered on line) and very fast service from time we ordered to picking pizza up. I am old school and wasn’t sure how to order on line. . .. but I called and Morgan assured me he received order and made me feel comfortable about on line ordering again next time!
