Usually happy with this Dominos except now. Came through last night and literally waited 2 hours for a simple pizza. App time never changed and said 51 to 61 minutes the whole time I was there. You’d think it would mention a wait time. When my order said complete and I went in to get my food the lady still said it was in the oven and would be awhile. Then why complete it if it wasn’t complete. The 3 times I asked about my food I was told sorry or would be another half hour to 45 minutes. Literally wasted half my night when I could have made my own from scratch dough if I’d have known it would take that long.

I was so impressed by the manager’s attitude the other day I had to post about it now, while ordering again from this spot specifically. Sadly, I dont remember his name but he is a white older gentleman, short hair, tall. It was late and I had ordered 2 hours Ago and I have not received my food. The woman finally shows up telling me she accidentally gave my order to somebody else so I said no big deal. After about 30 minutes, I had a feeling I should call the store just to let them know. Come to find out they haven’t even been notified so at this point it’s probably 1030. I go to pick up the pizza myself. When I walked in there was a single man In the midst of battle. Even though he was the only one on staff in the store, he was crushing it. 2 pizzas Being made simultaneously but with precision. Clearly, this Pizza patriot fears not at the first glance of overflowing Online orders.. juggling phones and pizzas without breaking a sweat. Answering the phone with his left hand, writing orders down with his Right. His grace under such intense pressure was admirable. Through the fog which would be flour and the flames of the oven, he emerged! He was incredibly kind Is smile on his face the entire time. This Is a moment I will tell my children and they will tell their children and they will tell their children’s children. It’s rare to see that level of dedication and kindness especially under pressure. I’ll definitely be back!

The food was prepared exactly as ordered. It arrived hot, and fast, and delivered by Robert who was punctual, very polite and professional. The delivery tracker was spot on. The emergency pizza couldn’t have come at a better time. It was late, I had just finished up my Peloton ride, and the snow was coming down outside. Thank you Dominos.

They’ve been running a $10 large any toppings special, so BE PATIENT! when ordering and waiting for your order. The Huntington area has 1 Domino’s. Ashland, KY is the next closest. They’ve been slammed and still putting out great pizza. Best local chain pizza in the area. JMO

Have never had a major issue with this dominos before but last night, I paid extra for Alfredo sauce (I always do, I hate tomatoes) and the worker must have completely missed it because there was absolutely no sauce on my pizza. There were visible bare spots underneath the cheese and veggies (picture). Still 4 stars because I’ve never had this happen here before, but very frustrating nonetheless.

We ordered 2 pizzas and 1 was suppose to be the Hawaiian pizza which has pineapple on it. We also got extra toppings. The whole pizza was wrong cold not cooked through and didn’t even get the right toppings which 1 of them was the pinapple. So we called and let them know that the pizza was wrong, cold and not cooked and they apologized and was suppose to give us a $20.00 credit. We go to order some pizza the other night and we called them to let them know that there was to be a $20.00 credit and guess what. No account, no note nothing or proof there was a $20.00 credit. We order there often including for work and was very disappointed they do not follow through on their mistake.

We order from her a few times a month. The food is always fresh and hot when we get it delivered. Most of the staff is friendly ive had a few that will act like they dont see the customer at the counter.

Most of the time the pizza is good here but they almost never have your order ready on time and you end up waiting an additional 15-45 extra minutes depending on the day. The workers also do not look super clean giving concern for food safety including long beards, hair, dirty nails, oversized clothing. They also have terrible attitudes.

I called an order my pizza , gave them my last name an when I went to pick it up they had my food under the name that my phone number had with it that was in their system, so instead of using the name i gave them it was under a different name an I waited almost 30 minutes when my food had been sitting back there waiting . Im not happy about that
