Last time I came here I had to go back and get my order remade right before work. A 2 hour process at that. This time months later I’m just wanting buffalo Mac and cheese . Waited 45 minutes and the tracker to say it was ready to sit and wait another 10 bc “it was still coming out the oven” half of it is burnt and can’t even bite through the other half doesn’t have anything BUT buffalo sauce , they literally drown it in buffalo sauce , every noodle I’ve dug out through the hard burnt layer on top doesn’t even have an inch of cheese , sauce or buffalo period . I don’t even have the time for a refund I’m just more upset then anything bc this was supposed to be my quick dinner and now I have to wait to be able to eat bc i absolutely cannot eat this . It’s like digging through thick slime , I wish I could include a video.

I ordered pretty late which is understandable got the mess up but my wings were not done they were mushy in the inside as if they didn’t cook them all the way and also had lil to no sauce on them. Instead of the crew taking responsibility they told me I was wrong that my wings were done. I didn’t no eat them I actually threw them away and basically wasted my money. Will never order here again

Only time I enjoy the pizzas at this location is when the girls are working they make the pizzas 10 outta 10 every time perfect crust right about of sauce and toppings when the big guy or the Grey haired older guy is there i will just cancel my order from now one they never put enough sauce on the pizza crust is dry and burnt with no garlic parm on the crust and the guys can never cut the damn pizza

If I could give – star i would have. I had very bad experience with the manger and everything. The delivery suck brought me the wrong order. then got told was in the car then found out it was was not so had wait nother 45 mins for my food. The manger did nothing about he said he could not help me out. The delivery driver was rude to when she came back with right order she start getting snippy . I did file a complaint with coopart and they the a privet own business. And few other stuff going on.i order food on 1-18-25. I did included the complaint about the few other stuff going. Still waiting here back from the coopart or from the owner. About my problem so now I am wrighting here.

I’ve been a loyal customer at this Domino’s for years because it’s convenient, being just 5 minutes from my house. But I’ve reached my breaking point with this location. Every time I order the Parmesan Bites, I’d say about 85% of the time, they give me Parmesan Twists instead. Now, if I wanted twists, I would’ve ordered them. But no, I want the fluffy, soft bites. Not the crunchy twists.
I’ve let it slide too many times, but today was the last straw. I saw an employee eating one of the bites I like behind the counter, and when I opened my order—surprise!—it was the twists again. I went in to talk to the staff, and the response was, “we ran out of bites, but it’s the same bread so you should be fine.” No, I’m not fine. It’s not about the bread—it’s about what I ordered and paid for.
The manager admitted this has been an issue and that the employees weren’t supposed to be substituting the twists, yet it keeps happening. This kind of disregard for customer preference and consistency is incredibly frustrating. If this location can’t even get a simple order right, it’s time for me to take my business elsewhere.

Ordered through the app. The app said 15 minutes. I have never shown up at my alotted time and then be told with a shrug and zero customer service that it was going to be another 45 minutes. Now I’ve got to wait up to 5 days for a refund and it’s right before christmas?.. we won’t be visiting thos location again.

Ordered a pizza that was just half cheese half pepperoni at 7:15. At 7:45 finally went to go pick it up even though the app hadn’t updated, and they said they had to “remake it”. Overall had to wait over an hour for one pizza.

This pizza was insanely good! I usually do their thin crust (which I love) but this night we switched to something different and it was amazing! We picked it up in the drive thru window and it was just out of the oven. This was thick and delicious but with it being a thick crust it obviously set heavy on your stomach. You definitely couldn’t eat too many slices of it.
