So twice I ordered from here the same thing each time both times my order was messed up. The first time was an easy fix but this second time no all I got was attitude from a manager who thought she was hot shit. I ordered a Bread Bowl chicken Alfredo at 5:34 it took over a hour to make and close to 7 before it got delivered and took another 30mins before I got someone on the phone and then denied a refund or the fix to my food because supposedly this manager was the only one working last night other than 2 delivery drivers who I guess only job is to deliver. As you see in the picture that’s not a bread bowl and there’s barley enough in there to feed a child!

It was my first time order (new to the area). When I got there, it was closed & there were “FOR RENT” signs in the windows. I called & was told they were in the back. I asked why not put the new address on their website. She said it was the same address & there was a sign in the window. Next time, use a sharpie or similar marker, Dominos! The sign is illegible from your car (& who gets out when larger signs say it’s for rent?

Went to Domino’s for dinner since it’s been awhile since I’ve ate there. Ordered a large Pacific Veggie with coupon around $13.99.
Used my e-card Domino’s gift card printed out I bought with Microsoft Rewards points so pizza basically costed me maybe 6 dollars- was also ordering my Uncle a large Extravaganza.
Was a delicious Pacific Veggie.. although it took about a day or two to finish myself. I wanted to order my Pasta Primavera but I might save that for next time.

Whoever I just spoke to on the phone was rude for a delivery order. At the end of the call he then informed me it was company policy I had to meet the delivery driver in the parking lot? Also Why do you ask for a tip prior to getting food delivered? You guys need to have someone with better social skills answering the phone and taking orders.

Rate 0 if I could. I ordered a pizza and the manager should be fired. The delivery never came. I called and whoever answered told me they don’t need our type. Great customer service! I just called to see where my pizza was after being on hold for 31 minutes. The next day I drove down there just to see what happened to my pizza. I got banned from the store just for asking for the truth. If that is what a manager does. Then Issac isn’t a manager. I don’t know what happened to my pizza and will never know the truth either. So that’s what you are ordering from and supporting.
