They are the only ones to deliver to my house so they get extra stars for that, however the Brooklyn style Xlarge is completely misadvertized – there are only 6 pieces that barely fed my family of 3. I got one piece. I do not like that. It is not X large by any means. They need to reevaluate that pizza to be more acurate, please!

We’ve enjoyed this location previously. But our most recent visit has made us order from other locations. I went in to purchase and pick up a pizza. Unfortunately, my card declined due to a technical error (gift card). The cashier spoke with her supervisor while I was trying to sort it out. I was locked out if my app to get a free pizza. They young lady behind the counter pulled up my information in the system, and was able to get my free pizza and even brought it out to the car. It was delicious too. Definitely will be going back.

I always order from the Forest location in Virginia. They always do a fantastic job make sure we are happy with our order. Keep up the great work. I gave a four star rating because the online ordering needs to be a little better at the end when paying. If my order is over $50.00, then I have to pay online, which is fine. I prefer to pay with PayPal and am not given that option. Please make PayPal an option to use, even if the order is large or scheduled to pick up later.

Food always tastes great and I usually correct. Be wary of going on days when they have a really good short term deal because you could see wait times upwards of an hour or 2 for carry out. Customer service also plummets on those days as the employees get overstressed. In general though it’s a good choice for pizza.

I have to say that when this dominos first opened, our experience with them was much better. However lately almost every time we order for delivery, our pizza arrives old and barely warm. Thanks to their order tracker, we can see that our pizza is cooked quickly and just sits at the store waiting for a delivery driver. We only live about five minutes from their store so its hard to understand how it sometimes takes an hour or more to deliver even though when we order, it quotes 15-28 minutes for delivery. We are a busy family and love the convenience of their delivery however we will be using another pizza restaurant that delivers in the future.
